Experience through earning from learning is great.. I am thankful to our Trainer Atul who trained us how to make the strategy, team building , and how to align the team members for their goal sheet with self motivation etc..

Experience with alok was great. He keeps lot of communication exchange and real life examples in training. Role playing exercises are very practical scenario designed and his involvement and connect with each member of training is superb.

Conceptual clarity by trainer on concept of manager as coach at Mumbai Ira hotel in dec first week. Good learning experience to enhance our skill set and implement few things in day to day activity
