I watched the one half hour video with this doctor saying he wasn't selling anything but sharing a recipe for treating tinnitus and instead,, after listening to all that yapping Martha Stewart is selling the remedy buy three get three free. I'm so SICK of this crap! They say one thing and do something completely different. There's no recipe that you can make at home as they stated at the beginning. You have to PURCHASE their product. They're such frigging LIARS!!!

I saw the video with Martha Stewart, Dr Amen, and "satisfied customers" it was all AI generated. I will NOT order anything off of Facebook ever again. There is never a refund. If it were legit, there would be a number to call.

Here's an honest review. My tinnitus was to the point... Saw the video. Ordered. Saw the reviews. Didn't expect to work. But it did.?! After 2 days of 1 dropperful twice a day I heard alot less and a lower tone. 2 months in is the same. I can't explain it. Definitely worth trying from walmart.

After ordering 6 bottles for 311.64 called me next day from TX, saying I need a supplement for 18 months for $4904. Then reduced it to half. Cancelled the order but 2 days later the 6 bottled were delivered. Didn't open and returned to Aurora, Colorado. Reports say they won't refund.

The product did not work. WHEN I REQUESTED A REFUND AND RETURNED 5 bottles I was told that the refund would be issued. 2months later no refund.

My husband bought this product in hopes of getting some relief from his tinitus. he tried it for the sixty days that they recommend with a money back guarantee and found absolutely no benefit from it. when he returned the unused bottles, he never received his money back as promised. When trying to contact the company, all they have is a company answering the phones for them. there has been no way he can contact them to get this money back.

Both my husband and I tried the Audizen drops. We both agree that the Audizen tinnitus drops DO NOT work. We used the drops as directed for over 2 months and did not experience any improvement at all with out tinnitus. And the customer service is not responsive either. I do not recommend Audizen Drops, the product is a complete ripoff.

Ordered this product with the hope it would help with tinnitus, after taking 2 and 1/2 bottles as prescribed, two droppers daily for 2/12 months, NO HELP AT ALL! Disappointed, but not surprised.

I have requested an email from them authorizing refund and return of the product. No reply.

This is most horrible support I have experienced. I feel like it’s scam! The product didn’t work and I returned their product on time and it’s been almost two months communicating back and forth to their support, but they have not released my refund of 317.58!

First of all, the product does not work as advertised. They promise a money back guaranty, however, when I tried to request my refund, there were several emails back and forth with her the Customer Service representative Laura. She was trying to convince me to keep on going despite me using it for over a month. Finally she provided a third party link to request a refund. When I followed instructions to a "T" or else they said they would kick back the refund process. When I got towards the end, the prompted read if I took a 75% refund and I would not have to return the product back and the funds would be credited back to my account with-in 24 hours. Well, its been 3 days and nothing. I reached out to Laura with screen shots, and she said I would not get a refund until after they received product back. I asked her if she read the attachment and them she sent me back the same link to get refund. I explained again, that had already taken those steps.
