**Horrible Experience with Travcart Avoid at All Costs!**
I recently booked a holiday to Africa through Travcart and it was hands down the worst travel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment they took my money, their customer service completely disappeared, leaving me frustrated and stranded.
**Pushy Sales Tactics, Zero After-Sales Support**
Before booking, they harassed me with non-stop calls pressuring me to confirm my flight. The moment I paid, the nightmare began. Every time I reached out for assistance, I was passed around to different agents—Marvin, Lloyd, Mik—and none of them took responsibility. Instead, they made endless excuses for each other, leaving me without any real help.
**No Accountability, Just Empty Promises**
The fair prices initially seemed amazing, but it quickly became clear why—there was no actual service behind them. Emails went unanswered, calls were dismissed, and when I did get through, agents acted like my concerns were an inconvenience. It felt like they had no intention of helping once they had my money.
**Final Warning – Stay Away!**
If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, **DO NOT** book with this agency. Their lack of professionalism, terrible communication, and complete disregard for customers make them a scam in my eyes. Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere—anywhere but here!

Dodgy scam outfit
Dodgy scam outfit.
Kayak advertises a miraculously low flight rate to New york of £601 return via Travcart.
You'll go through the whole tedious booking process on their website and the the last minute your card will fail.
Then customer service will tell you that you just missed the last £601 ticket (because they're always subject to availability OF COURSE...) and then they'll upsell you on a ticket for £759.
Oddly if you try and repeat the process it'll continue pretending that there are tickets (so clearly the previous £601 ticket was not sold at all) and once again fail at the last minute and whole dodgy process starts over again.
So predictable.
Not worth your time.
And they’re such liars because in their answer they blame it on real time availability, and cancelling the transaction to protect the consumer yet I re-tried by the same ticket several times during the course of the afternoon and each time it allowed me to go through the process repeatedly… so actually I think it’s just a strategy to lure people in with what looks like a low price to then be disappointed and accept a price that ends up being 150 £ more expensive. It’s not the first time I’ve encountered this kind of strategy on KAYAK.

Very supportive and proactive.
I had some reservations with my booking after calling them and not getting a response late in the night. However, they got back to me the first thing in the morning to enquire about my call and the initial booking attempt. After a a few discussions, I proceeded with the booking, which was much simpler and straightforward. I paid and, as they promised, they prepared my ticket and sent the itinerary plus the invoice. They are reliable and I highly recommend booking with them👌
