This is a rip-off scam and should be shut down by search engines. They use a clone of the official web-site.
I got charged US$ 98 for a service which costs C$7

Thought this was official Gov site, cost not mentioned which I thought was odd, but continued only to be charged $107 (£80). Gov site states $7! Then when I went to check on status I don’t have correct info to process request, so basically I’m concerned it may be a scam. Some time later I’ve received an email with correct code for checking on Gov website and my application has been received and is in process. Conclusion it’s a site who is doing the job but at a cost. I’d suggest doing some background checking before diving into a site that looks official but is just smart at taking ( considerably)more of your money than official Gov site does. More fool me!

They got the money without responding I sent several times emails asking for refound and getting back money

"I wish I had read the reviews before applying for the visa. Instead of 7 Canadian dollars, they charged me 99 dollars. Now it’s too late—I have already paid. Now I just have to wait for the visa. I hope it doesn’t happen that I neither get the visa nor get my money back. 😞

If I could I would give 0 stars... Nothing is signposted in terms of costs. I was charged £70 pounds for a paper that is processed for 7 CAD. and their policy says they only give 50% refunds? No service breakdown on receipt in terms of what I'm actually paying for and I would love to include an image of the gateway portal that you submit the payment through... the copywriting is actually deeply misleading and not clear. Absolute scam. I demand a FULL REFUND!

Got my UK Visa in no time. But paid an extra $100 for all the services they offer.... which include a "help desk". What a rip off. DO NOT USE! Go the the UK's ETA website directly.

Here is my very recent experience of using this company in particular. (Feb 26 2025)
Avoid these like the plague.
As a UK citizen, they appeared top of the Google Search list and when in a hurry, what do we do,,,, we get suckered in.
Spent 75 GBP each. And they STILL GOT INFORMATION INCORRECT. Resulting in a faff on for me and my wife. I have eventually managed to discuss the situation with an ETA officer based in Canada. And we had to redo the whole process from scratch again ourselves at the original cost of 4 GBP. They could not comment however admitted this is not the first time this has happened or been reported. Watch this space. If there is such a movement that helps prevent these type of scams then I welcome it. Forgot to mention. Cost of a Visa Direct from Canadian Embassy is only 4 GBP. And we fill in the same questions. (Go figure that one?)
IN SUMMARY - DON'T USE THEM. CANADIAN ESTA EASY ENOUGH WEBSITE' FROM THE CANADIAN EMBASSY OF YOUR OWN COUNTRY,... AND THEY WILL ASK YOU 'EXACTLY SAME QUESTIONS' AND IN SAME ORDER. US ESTA DO THE SAME TOO, AND SO DO INDIAN VISA. PLEASE DO NOT USE.

Scam website set up to look like the real deal. Paid$99 for eta which should cost $7 . will not refund money a bunch of con artists. I should have been more cautious but I did'nt know the cost of an ETA. set up to entrap idiots like me

charlatans. The canada officials should be on top of this. Ididnt authorise 99 dollars it was supposed to be 7 dollars.

I nearly fell for this scam, but noticed at the point of authorising payment that it was for $99, not $7.

You have to be so careful nowadays with thieves like this around.

Scam website. Charges 10x the Canada $7 cost of an ETA, appears to provide one but it is not the real thing. Lots of authoritative-looking numbers and forms but that’s part of the scam. The site should be closed down.

Terrible - this is not a Canadian Government website - they will charge you over 10 times what it costs to obtain an eTA from the Canadian Government. Their website is set up to look as though they are related.

BEWARE -This is a scam website, charged me $79 for ETA when it should be $7 on official website. Not expecting any ETA. Reported immediately to my banks fraud dept. This co now has all my personal details, so expecting further fraud attempts. Only realised as my husband was applying at same time and when I complained about the cost said his was only $7 so red flag then went up. I have emailed them to request a refund due to the incorrect transaction fee.

They gave me an ETA ref no, which I have given to the Canadian official site advising them of this scam. Why hasn't their website been taken down yet after so many reported frauds?
 

Fake Canada eTA Visa Application Site

An Absolute disgrace. I got scammed by this website.

Scam website, overcharges by 10 times for an eTA that should only cost $7. Avoid at all costs.

Their site looks like the real deal but it is not they charge $120AUD for an ETA and you do not get it,
Complaining is a waste of time this mob are straight out thieves. I have found an office for them in Sydney NSW but do not think I will have any luck there either going to try to see if my bank can help but I doubt it.

The only thing we can do is bad mouth them every where and any where you can I reported them to scam watch Australia and the Canadian equivalnt but doubt much will happen.

Just keep reporting these people and bad mouth them at every opportunity hopefully Microsoft/Google will shut them down but not likely

Absolute RIP OFF. My partner purchased 3 ETA'S ( thinking he was buying directly from the Canadian Government). They should have cost $7 each. Instead he was charged $79 each. He only realised after checking his bank. This over inflated charge was not made clear at any point of the application process. Their website is designed to trick and mislead consumers. No reasonable person would consent to paying an extra $72 for something with such a straightforward application process. I have been battling with this corrupt enterprise for days as they are refusing a refund. MAKE SURE YOU ARE PURCHASING DIRECTLY FROM THE CANADIAN GOVERNENTS WEBSITE. We are really hoping our banks can help us. A Completely unethical company. THEIR WEBSITE NEEDS SHUT DOWM.
