Gutes Hotel, ich weiß gar nicht, warum es solche Bewertungen gibt. Für das Geld sehr ordentliche Zimmer. Ich bin mit dem Besuch zufrieden

Their "apartments" on offer are AWFUL, FILTHY and DISGUSTING. They do not tick any boxes.

What this company calls APARTMENTS are actually JUST ROOMS and THEY LOOK NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES the company puts up on websites.

What this company is taking money for are some filthy, awful, run down dumps. Might be suitable as homeless shelters but certainly not for paying guests.
Places like these should not exist in a modern city. They are a big shame on Budapest.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE unless you desire to get sick.

I had to check out earlier than my booking due to the place's stomach wrenching condition and the company refuses to reimburse me for the unspent nights.

To begin with, I would like to strongly recommend all of you guys to STAY AWAY from Travel Inn Apartments Budapest that is promoted in GO budapest-hotels (travel-inn-apartments.go-budapest-hotels.com/)

Please do not sacrifice your time in Budapest by book this apartment because they will make you end up with a super bad mood like we faced. We WERE OFFERED TO STAY IN A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT APARTMENT OF WHERE WE SHOULD HAVE STAYED RIGHT AFTER WE ARRIVED IN BUDAPEST (NOT EVEN H-1).

Aamer is the hotel manager who obviously needs a training of HOW TO TALK TO THE CUSTOMER IN A PROPER MANNER, told us there was a problem with the water or smt and we were offered 2 different apartments.

He said we either could choose the location in Buda (and he DID NOT MENTION IT IS UP IN THE HILLS) or in Pest. We were leaving with no option other than refund. We do not know about Budapest, so we chose the option in Buda that he gave us, and by the way, we needed to climb as high as Buda castle, not forget to mention, the apartment itself is so old and dirty also has no lift and we stayed in the highest floor.

The moment we complained to him, he kept interrupting us, yelling to us, and he really do not know how to speak properly to people. He was bullshitting a lot and did not admit his mistake that he changed our place to stay. He did not apologize at all. "If I did something wrong, I apologize" that's what he said, sounds so rude, is it?

This is THE WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT WE HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN OUR LIFE"

Oh ya, about the payment. He asked us to cancel this booking on the website to avoid extra fees, but it sounded like he actually practicing a SCAM in here.
