Travel2Fairs was very helpfull in providing several options for accommodation for our visit in Frankfurt. Good pricing and value for money.

They found for me a deasent hotel not far from the Messe. The price could have been better but it was ok.

We are very satisfied with the support of Travel 2 Fairs. I'm working with Tom Parker already for several years. He is always friendly, cooperative and efficient. I can highly recommend them.

Each and every time 100% satisfied. So many times I have asked to change my accomodation destinations even last minute and still they manage it all perfectly well.

SERVICE AND SUGGESTIONS FROM TOM PARKER VERY GOOD.

When I go to Freiburg for the Kulturbörse I always stay at the Kolping hotel. I stay there because it has so many good qualities. The location close to the train station and fair. I love the great breakfast, The room are very quiet and clean and of course the price is very good. If I decide to come again next year I will stay here again. Lorenzo Torres

Our company paid 100% in advance to TTF for the 2025 CPHI hotels. Till now they have not pay off the hotel's bill and our deposit still not been refunded.

The service was great, response times have been amazing and Tracy was able to accomodate all of our requests. Recommended!

Unfortunately our experience with Travel 2 Fairs was more on a negative side and caused at the end only frustration.
As always, at the beginning, Travel 2 Fairs doing its best to find suitable options and acceptable prices.
And everything as usual, untill the adjustments begin.

We faced the following problems:

1. False promises (it was promised to have double rooms with one bed for single use and twin rooms with two beds) At the end all rooms were with one bed.

2. Placing the wrong guests to the wrong booking (We had two bookings/two lists - we were missing 3 rooms in one booking because of a mistake of Travel 2 Fair's staff and had to think on our own in panic last minute what to do to accomodate all the guests)

3. Double invoices (several! guests were booked double)

4. Partial vouchers (not all guests were provided with vouchers - only after double check from our side and extra request)

5. Unrealistic requests - it was requested that in case of problems to contact not the hotel directly, but Travel 2 Fairs office in Ireland -BUT please ONLY in working hours till 4pm.

6. Late reply (I received a reply to my request done on Thursday morning on Friday evening (out of office time) on the last working day before CPhI.

Conclusion: Everything should be double-checked! The team is unreliable. You will have to solve all the problems caused by staff yourself.

We booked for a trade show, and everything we requested was taken care of. Our hotel location was fantastic, lovely and quiet at night, and both sides of hotel have excellent restaurants. Travel2Fairs customer service is second to none. The best trip yet.
