Fantastic Last-Minute Support – Highly Recommend!
I went into the travel agents needing to book a holiday with a flight departing in just 38 hours, and they were absolutely brilliant. From start to finish, the team was helpful, professional, and incredibly efficient. They made what could have been a stressful experience completely smooth and hassle-free. Amazing place, Lily was so helpful. Listened to what we would like & found it. From walking in to paying, all took 30mins bearing in mind we had no real clue where we wanted to go! We will back to book next years. So easy, no stress!

Disappointing
If I could give zero I would . Went on a journey of a life time part travel part cruise in Canada , wasn’t able to get on cruise as the Travel Agent failed to tell us we needed a Esta , but told us we needed a ETA . When getting in contact with Agent , she stated they had sent links and was our fault . We’d been in 5 times and said do we need to know anything else and they said no . I don’t think the staff knew about the Esta as if they did why didn’t they say . A very traumatic experience for both of us .

Lorraine, this isn't factually correct.
I kindly request you remove it/adjust to be reflective of the truth.
We do not offer any VISA services - the team are trained to refer clients to the FCO advice to check themselves as it varies from destination to destination and obviously your trip included visiting both Canada and USA so each country does have to be checked separately and we advise FCO checking as clients need to keep and eye on this as it can change at very short notice.
Now in your circumstances- you know we have provided you both sources of information over 5 times via email and with your booking documents on every occasion over the last 8 months - which you advised you used but which you then failed to complete the ESTA but completed the ETA (information provided on same document).
I know my team provided you the printed tickets in store which again has the printed information on VISAS specifically ETA and ESTA on your travel documents we passed onto you from FCH.
There is no evidence of any such conversation you reference, infact quite the opposite has been evidenced to you and can continue to be evidenced.
We know you have received and read through as you stated so.
Now whilst you are clearly frustrated and also we empathise with you at what you lost out on - please remove your hearsay review with slander.
This review is very unfair and lacking integrity.
We have cared throughout, we assisted in upgrading your cabin and even covered half the cost on short notice only a couple days' notice before the cruise departure.
When your cabin was changed on 24th when you were already in Canada again we emailed updated confirmation when processed from FCH - which again had both links on for VISA information. (this is the 5th record we have of specific VISA information provided - which again is not something we have to do but we did for you both).
I would like to return to the ultimate point remains here - VISAs are the clients responsibility and not ours as a travel agency, nor of the tour operator.
Just like having a valid passport.
Even before booking we advised you, and do advise ALL our customers, your specific passport and visa requirements, and other immigration requirements are your responsibility.
There are VISA specific agencies in future if you ever have any more issues.

Travel By Hannah were very good at understanding what type of holiday we wanted and then proceeded to organise our trip, keeping us in the loop with all the details. The holiday was amazing, it was everything we wanted and more. Definitely using them again.

Another 10/10, 5star, A++ experience with travel by Hannah. I recently saw Hannah post a question on Facebook asking where everyone would like to see holiday offers to. I responded that we had been talking about seeing Vietnam, and within days Hannah posted a fantastic deal for a 2 centre Vietnam trip with 3 nights in Ho Chi Minh City and then 7 nights at the beach which was perfect. A quick call to Lily in the office who confirmed all the details, dates etc and emailed us over a copy of the itinerary to check through. And we’re off to Vietnam. We’ve used Travel by Hannah quite a few times now, Fuerteventura, Thailand, Maldives, South Africa, Monaco, Bali, Croatia, Thassos, Santorini, Cape Verde and now Vietnam, and Hannah has always managed to get us exceptionally good deals to some places we never thought we’d be able to afford. Travel by Hannah have all our details on record and know the kinds of holidays and hotels we like which makes it all very easy. If there’s somewhere you’ve always wanted to go, give them a call and you’ll be surprised at the deals they can give you.

We had a wonderful trip and are very appreciative of everything that you did for us from our first chat to sending all of the itinerary. We will definitely use you again.
Everything went very smoothly, from flight transfers to motor home hire, to hotel bookings. The location of all the hotels was perfect.

Made the impossible happen with a smile.
We bought airline tickets to Egypt online that failed to show and by the time we tracked them down there was only a week to go till departure and the holiday was over Christmas and New Year. We had nothing booked, nowhere to stay and nothing to do. This was not a beach holiday. Not the ideal scenario for planning a trip in anyone’s book. But walked in to Travel By Hannah and with incredible, knowledge, work and dedication they pulled together an amazing family experience for us, to our specifications and with a smile. Such an amazing trip our kids asked if we could do something like this every Christmas instead of presents. Not bad for a weeks notice!! In case I need to spell it out we THOROUGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The whole booking experience was 1st class, very professional service. The holiday itself was just lush, hotel was in a perfect location, pool and private beach were clean, room with a view and the food from buffet was plentiful.
Would definitely go back!!
