Jay was absolutely amazing and she helped me patiently with all my enquiries! She was very thorough and considered all options which would be appropriate for my travel. There was not a moment during my communication where I felt I was asking too much as Jay was very accommodating. I will not think twice about using Travel Campus again! 😎

JI was totally glad with the manner JAY handled the issue that arose with the Klarna payment of my fight ticket to Los Angeles. I overpaid the planned installment which affected me adversely. But, JAY handled the situation in such a manner that the issue was resolved within hours. Instead of days.

He made a very smart arrangement which enabled me to get the overpaid sum within hours. JAY, honestly, is a skilled staff. He dealt with the situation calmly, showing good managerial qualities. Thumbs up for him. Great guy.
