I contacted Travel Campus when I was urgently in need of a ticket to Zimbabwe but did not have required funds. Jay swiftly assisted to find a cheap ticket to enable me to travel home. I was also able to use a payment plan. Jay followed up with emails and messages to explain where I had questions. Also called to check if I was on the way to the airport. I was searching for the nice flight deal to Manila and this Travelcampus pop out and had spoken to Aly Greene right away. Aly was very courteus and helpful . I didnt know him and I was even doubtful whether I can trust him or not however, because of his keen attitude of helping me out with his very accomodating approach I was convinced that this was not a scam. With loads of positive feedback I totally agreed to book my flight and consider myself lucky for the given previledge. At first I was very sceptical of using Travelcampus. Who is this company I have never heard of? They also give you an option to pay over 3 months? I was very worried that I would make payment and never see my ticket. I thought I'd request a booking for the times I needed to travel which was also very short notice. I spoke to a very friendly agent called Aly. He was very patient and understanding. I kept moving the goalposts as I need to take leave and also sorts of things. I was also very busy on the day with work while Aly was trying to do the bookings. Unfortunately we lost one flight as I took too long to pay. But Aly was on the ball and rapidly found another flight. By the way this was the 24/12. The afternoon before Christmas. He reassured me they were working on the ticket as they were very busy. Between 5-6pm I received my ticket and he made sure I was happy with everything. On the day I was due to travel Aly messaged me and reminded me that I had not confirmed my booking. He then asked if he could do it for me. Aly went above and beyond to make sure I was a very satisfied customer. I don't think I will ever book through anyone else. I am sure Aly delivered a service far above that of the airline themselves.
