I'm currently in Australia, so I downloaded the Travel eSIM app. To my dismay, I discovered I hadn't activated the eSIM correctly. I tried everything and only made things worse 🫣 I contacted support. I quickly received friendly and patient help (I'm not very tech-savvy). They guided me step by step, and I sent screenshots so they could see where the problem was. About 28 emails later, we were successful!! But the best part: I was communicating with a real person, not AI. A fantastic job, thank you!

Ich habe unterstützung bei der Installation und der inbetriebname gebraucht. Kurzerhand den Service per mail kontaktiert (Fr Abend) würde sofort auf mein Problem eingegangen bis es gelöst war. Zur Verbindung kann ich noch nichts sagen, aber der Support ist 1A.

Was much easier than buying a Sim at the airport in Thailand. I could easily recharge without navigating Thai plans and endless marketing my friends dealt with. Will be using it for my next trip.

I've used this esim while in Vietnam and Hong Kong. Was easy to set up and great customer service. The rates were very good too.
