Fast, friendly, patient support!
I'm currently in Australia, so I downloaded the Travel eSIM app. To my dismay, I discovered I hadn't activated the eSIM correctly. I tried everything and only made things worse 🫣 I contacted support. I quickly received friendly and patient help (I'm not very tech-savvy). They guided me step by step, and I sent screenshots so they could see where the problem was. About 28 emails later, we were successful!! But the best part: I was communicating with a real person, not AI. A fantastic job, thank you!
