No answers of cancelled flight refund
I booked my flight and the flight is cancelled due covid pandemic. I am sending emails since 2 months and don't receive any answers. Instead it shows me a flight to a total other destination.
I understand things going very slow at the moment but I didn't even receive 1 answer at all.
Very bad service

worst flight booking site!
I filled out all my details including the card info. and then the site said can't proceed because flight is no more available. I tried another ticket, same thing happened and then I tried one more the same thing happened. Super annoyed and hence this post
