I had a very bad experience with them. I paid for ticket 9/10/19 up until 24/11/19 when I decided to call my back to get the money back. It was one excuse to another. I dealt with Tyler. Same happened to my brother last year December and he dealt with Rachael. He has to his back as well and I never knew until I called him to tell him what travel jockey was doing.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY FLIGHT TICKETS FROM THEM.
They will frustrate the living day light out of you

It was my second time booking with them thinking about last time as they’ve got my tickets within one week. This time they’ve taken nearly 6 weeks and due to that thinking that my flight was booked I didn’t go elsewhere and at the end they decided to give my money back because they couldn’t get me onto any other airline due to original airline technical problem which is ridiculous because I had to pay extra to book it with another travel agents. They really disappointed me and they didn’t give me any kind of compensation because they held my money for 6 weeks.

The staff are polite even on phone and ready to listen and make things simple and straightforward.They always respond to my concerns promptly with respect and dignity.
I've never regretted for once using this service for some years and I have introduced the service to my friends,colleagues and family members,who had patronized them and gave me good reports about "Travel Jockey" as well.They never let me down for once.I'm simply proud of them.
The staff actually know what they are doing and I always get value for my money,using this service.What else will I say,please just keep up the good job.Well done and More grace!!!

Lovely and pleasant experience booking my holiday flight with travel jockey. I like the fact that when you call you are not held up on the phone tp het through to thw booking department.. the booking department lady Rachel was a star helping me.find what suits my budget and helping looks at convienience beqring in mind of my childrens needs. She spoke politely and was very professional making sire i was one happy and content customer.. she carried me along through up till point of getting the ticket and reassured me of any problems i can contact her. Very good and excellent ahopping ezperience with travel.jockey and Rachel in particular

Do not touch these people.
After booking I read the reviews, when I checked my booking confirmation everything was fine, it did take a couple of days but I got the booking confirmation.
But fortunately I decided to check later in the day and it was no longer there, the airline told me it had been there but then removed by the travel agent.
What if I hadn't checked until 2 weeks before we fly.
I got many excuses and after 4 days a phone call offering to rebook at a higher price.
I am waiting for my refund.

Fraud company - they cancel your flights without telling you. All the good reviews are fake. The airline company said every single flight booked by them has been cancelled and are now starting an investigation. Don’t get scammed like I did - avoid.

These people will call you 100 times a day for making payment and once the money is taken they go numb.. no calls no emails no update and when we call for the tickets they disappear and new names come out and then it starts tomorrow after 5 days next week... pathetic people i don't understand how these people live there life. People who got there tickets are very lucky.. who know if they are fake reviews or what. Think before giving your money to them...

We got excellent service buying our family holiday tickets from Travel Jockey for Christmas. The agent went all the way to ensure that we got the ticket for the days we wanted.

We have tried so many other Travel Agents without any luck, but Travel Jockey gave us the perfect holiday tickets required. I recommend Travel Jockey to other holiday makers and feel sure that they will be able to meet the ticketing requirements of their potential clients.

Further to review below , things have unfolded further as I have gone into the depth of the bookings.
Things not worked out as expected.
Lack of clarity about the flight booking expenses and no further help by the team available on phone .
Manager called Sam unhelpful and rude and said ‘ You can do whatever You like , l don’t care and slammed the phone down’
Wouldn’t book with them again for sure.

Prompt service and easily accessible for contact.
Gentleman named Remus handled the booking of tickets efficiently and professionally, guiding appropriately for most economical air fare options.

Well..... I must thank Darry for his wonderful service he provided. He is indeed a top guy.
Darry delivered although it was hard finding me the tickets for the right price for a destination where ticket sales are always at premium rate.
