Our holiday was exactly what we were after and described to Claire. Hotel was great. All the travel went seemlessly. I also felt comfortable knowing that Claire helped even after we were on our way. I would highly recommend Claire and would use her again.

Communication from Claire was excellent, always answering our questions promptly or letting us know she'd get back to us if she didnt have the answer straight away or was unavailable. Nothing was too much trouble.

Claire was so helpful, made me fell a lot better knowing she was only an text/call away if we had any problems.
Would definitely recommend and will be using Claire again on next trip.

I have had the pleasure and good fortune to be Eva's (of Travel Managers Australia) travel companion on an amazing 11 day trip to Sri Lanka - having just returned a few days ago.

The trip was packed with amazing sites and experiences from the beginning to end - with the landscapes, seascapes and people being inspirational and awesome.

We covered over 1000 kilometres, beginning with Colombo and Negombo and a tour of the local fishing village and a beautiful seaside hotel stay.
Then on to Dambulla and a visit to the historic Cave Temple an ancient Buddhist pilgrimage site. Then on to a scenic train travel to Kandy arriving for a tour of the famous Ceylon tea factory overlooking the stunning tea plantations.

Next day on to Yala and the National Park Safari - moving on to Bentota, a beautiful beach resort for a well earned rest for the next 4 days.

Throughout the trip I was very impressed with Eva's travel expertise, confidence and experience and felt very safe knowing she would be able to quickly deal with any problems should they arise - which thankfully they didn't.

I would not hesitate to recommend her as your travel agent and adviser, knowing she gives her all to make your experience truly memorable in the best way, including making site and activity suggestions you may never have thought of, making your holiday dreams come true.

My biggest takeaway is that firstly I would not have thought of Sri Lanka as a holiday destination, were it not for Eva's suggestion, and so missed out on this amazing experience, and secondly I now have lasting impressions and appreciation for the beautiful and kind nature of its people and stunning landscapes.

From the planning stage through to the booking stage, and my favourite stage - the holiday stage, Claire was there. She responded quickly to my emails, offered cost effective (and better) alternatives, and even checked me in on the day of travel when I had a tech glitch. The holiday was incredible, the hotels beautiful, the memories will last forever.

Claire organised our flights to Milan and our cruise from Dubrovnik to Splut. It was seamless and everything went according to plan.
Her organisation of the trip right from the beginning to the end was excellent and we have no hesitation in saying we'll use her service for future travels

My girlfriend and I recently went on a holiday to Phuket in Thailand, Eva’s skills as a travel agent ensured out trip ran very smoothly as well as her booking us into a number of fun and interesting tours which allowed us to capture the full cultural and luxury experience that Phuket has to offer, I would 100% recommend her services to anyone looking to travel as we had a great time!

We recently booked another overseas trip through Jessica Bennett at Travel Managers Batemans Bay.

We had a passport problem 48 hours before we were to fly. Jessica ran me through exactly what to do, late on a Saturday night. We were so grateful for the advice and we knew exactly what we had to do.

I will never make any travel plans without going through Jessica, she covers absolutely everything, things I would never have thought of. She made everything so easy, as we followed the itinerary day by day.

Her service is of the highest standard, far beyond what I have ever known.

I recently booked a TopDeck tours holiday in New Zealand with Claire Camins as my travel agent through Travel Managers Australia. Not only was this holiday my first time going overseas, but it was also my first time travelling solo. Initially I was very anxious about the processes involved with travelling overseas and booking everything (especially as a 20 year old female doing it alone), however Claire's attention to detail, reassurance, and genuine care to help me understand the processes involved with travelling and arranging things helped put my mind at ease, making the trip completely stress free for me so that I could fully immerse myself in the beauty of New Zealand. Claire always made herself available prior, during, and after my trip to answer any questions I had, no matter how silly I thought some of my questions were. I wouldn't have had the amazing experience I had on my holiday without Claire's help, and I can't wait to continue exploring the world with her help in the future, including my next trip to America next year.

We have used Jessica Bennet from Bateman's Bay several times and highly recommend her. She is professional, efficient, has an amazing eye for detail and a delight to deal with. Once stranded in the strange Covid times, Jessica wasn't so much "beside us all the way" but out in front anticipating and solving all problems.

Having not traveled internationally since before covid or before kids, my wife reached out to Ky, our local TravelManagers agent, for some help in booking a fairly short notice trip to Fiji for our family. She planned absolutely everything for us, was super fast with communication and tailoring things to our preference. We had an amazing time! Thanks in no small part to the great recommendations she made. She even replied to our message at 5am Aus time with advice when we ran into an unexpected issue (just bad luck, nobody at fault).
