Had a bus booked 2 separate times and both were cancelled due to low uptake. I highly recommend not relying on travelmaster as they are very inconsistent with the journeys that do go ahead, and will only let you know a week in advance of the concert leaving you stranded, or Paying for a hotel.
Unless you are going to a very big concert with high attendance, the bus will most likely be cancelled. Both the events travelmaster cancelled for me were metal bands, so it seems they decide to advertise for events, and then cancel last minute when not enough seats are booked on the bus.
For this to happen 2 separate time is beyond disappointing and I will be very cautious before using travelmaster again

We got the bus from Cork (Patricks Quay) to oasis on Saturday. It was a double decker bus and very comfortable. The bus driver was very nice and friendly. We stopped in Junction 14 for a toilet break and for food on the way to Dublin and Durrow on the way home. The driver made sure we were all on the bus before we got back on the road each time. We got to Dublin with loads of free time before the concert. It was a 30minute walk from the bus to Croke Park and the driver told us where he would be parked and to be back at the bus by 11.30pm and made sure we were back on bus before the leaving at 12 am. I would recommend travel master.

bus was fine on the way up, however on the way down just before abbeyfeale the bus door blew off , we were driving down the road slanted with no door at 70 mph. he left people on the bus who did not buy a ticket. we were told we would leave at 11 and we didn’t leave until 12. we were stuck on the side of the road for 15 mins because the door wouldn’t shut, the driver was outside slamming the door shut as if it would fix it. he also dropped us off in the middle of town when we were told we would be dropped off at lidl. do not recommend

Everything, this company left late, stopped for very long and only brought us some of the way. They did the same on the return. They ignore email complaints until you ring and ring and then Damien the transport manager insults you and tells you you are wrong. Never use this service

Had booked bus to and from Zach Bryan, However on the way home, bus driver wasn't checking tickets for people and had let the bus fill up with passengers without tickets, leaving our group of 7 stranded. Told us there was nothing he could do about it. Had to then speed walk an hour and a half through phoenix park to attempt to make a train home on time even without tickets for that.

I traveled with my daughter and her friend to Zach Bryan on Friday 20th July it took 6 hours to go from Cork to Dublin, we got lost on a number of occasions, on our way home the bus wouldn't start and we were stuck in phonex Park for 2 hours where Travel master blamed the team on site for and driver error but no apologises for this and the man I dealt with on the phone was very rude, no water, no facilities for over 2 hours on site and the whole way home not at any point did the driver engage, we got back to cork at 4.30 in the morning, no response from Travel Master

Brilliant service!
I had a problem with my ticket the day of the concert, they were contactable by phone and sorted the issue very fast. The company is very responsible and takes care of passengers, (waiting up to 30 mins). Communication from the driver was also very clear and helpful. I would highly recommend using Travelmaster!!

I have used this company on a number of occasions and very pleased with the service. Very easy to deal with over the phone and online.

We used TravelMaster for the recent Coldplay Concert in Dublin. The bus driver was very friendly and very efficient. We would highly recommend TravelMaster to our family and friends.

I traveled with Travelmaster on the 17/08/24 to the ACDC concert in Croke Park.The driver of the bus was a sound guy very helpful,he had a full list of all on board the bus for the journey.We left at 13 30 bound for Dublin stopping for about 30 minutes.We arrived at Whitehall Bus park around 17 10,which was 35 min walk from Croke Park.The driver informed everyone that we would hopefully be the first bus to leave after the concert.I got back to the bus at around 23 10 and true to his word we were the first bus to leave at 23.50.As it was my first time travelling with Travel Master the whole experience was amazing and fantastic everything went off like clock work with no issues.The driver was a lovely guy very professional, pass on my thanks to him and was the driver of the first bus that collected us at Patricks Quay,Cork on the day.

The bus was scheduled to leave Limerick at 2pm, it left at 1:50pm which was fine as the driver counted the number of people on the bus so I presume everyone was on board. We arrived at Portlaoise plaza at 3pm where the driver announced we would be stopping for ONE HOUR. Why a stop of one hour was necessary is beyond me. We got back on the bus at 4pm and the driver then decided to check everyone's name so we didn't actually leave the plaza until 4:15pm. The bus car park was in Whitehall which is approximately 40 minutes walk from Croke Park. On getting off the bus the driver advised everyone the bus would be leaving at 12:45am. I got back to the bus at 12:20am and the driver was extremely rude and told me that I was late and holding everyone up! Not sure how that was when I was 25 minutes earlier than the advised departure time. I will not be using Travelmaster again.

where do i begin! first the bus driver stopped in a circle k for 30 minutes when we were already running late, we were parked AN HOUR away from the stadium so all of us had to walk (caused us to miss the first act completely) and then on the way back, drove 50 UNDER THE SPEED LIMIT so it took us 3 hours to get back, how this company is still up and running baffles me

Had to contact to cancel a bus and the customer service I received was amazing, answered my email within 5 mins and will definitely use again. Thank you for amazing service

Very bad customer service-I’ve been waiting nearly a month to get an update on a shocking service we received back at the start of july-if you could find another mode of transport I would take it because this service will not get you to where you need on time

Got the Travelmaster bus from cork to Dublin for the all Ireland final. Seats were comfortable, with charging ports so able to charge your phone. Bus driver Graz was very nice, stopped on the way up and the way down and asked passengers if they were happy with the stopping duration. He did a head count before heading off again and waited for a few people who were late getting back on the bus. Not sure about all the negative reviews, seem to only be about longitude? I would definitely recommend Travelmaster

Would not recommend this service at all used it to travel to Hozier bus driver made a pit stop told passengers for 10 min went and got food to bring onto bus came out well before the 10 min was up to find the driver had left me and 2 more of my friends along with 3 other girls rang the number he came back had an awful attitude would not allow us onto the bus with the untouched food we had purchased because it was a toilet break and not a food break he was so rude never again

Used the Travelmaster.ie service. Our bus was- West Cork Connect Dave Long which we used to goto the All Ireland. Very professional service. We were told in advance no toilet on board but there was a toilet/ food stop halfway. Ticked off a list when boarding and driver asked if anyone was missing when boarding back after stops. If travelling with children try to sit up the top.
