What a lovely person Leah was to deal with, so helpful, nothing was too much trouble, I felt that Leah went out of her way to help sort out my holiday for myself husband and 2 friends, allowing us to celebrate a “big” upcoming birthday.

I am writing this as an update of my last review of TravelMe360
Since writing the previous review there have been improvements. It now seems possible to ring the main phone number and someone will answer, which obviously makes everything simpler and is a super improvement. Everything is a slow process with this company, but I believe they do their best to be caring and attentive. They have worked hard to resolve my issues and for that I am grateful. Hopefully they will continue to provide good customer service and the company will go from strength to strength. May I add in reply to Travelme360, my own experience with your company caused me a great deal of stress. Whilst you have now cancelled my holiday and refunded me some of the money paid it has not been a nice experience. I am glad the other customer received a satisfactory response from your company. I do believe you have taken on board some of my comments as you are now easier to contact, but I personally wouldn’t feel happy booking with your company again.

Transilvanian holiday
We have just booked a mother and daughter trip to Bucharest to see Dracula's castle. To say we're excited is an understatement, and this was achieved with a lot of help from Steve. From flights, transfers, hotel and of course the trips. For two women traveling on their own, this just makes things a whole lot easier. A lot of questions asked and answered to make sure we have everything we want from this trip.

I booked draculas castle/romania trip through this company and HANNAH was my advisor, her patience, knowledge and help are amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and i hardly did a thing haha she planned everything including transfers when i asked if she could help as i was a bit nervous about that part. Feels very odd to book a holiday via wattsapp. I still feel a little uneasy about it. Having said that, Chris has been polite and answered questions fairly quickly. The booking all seems quite simple, he did send me the wrong holiday and got my name wrong a couple of times, but no doubt dealing with lots of people at the same time. It concerned me slightly that things won't go to plan.
.. time will tell.
So far, I would recommend them and use them again

Amanda was an excellent communicator, but she has since left. Isaac although very nice is not as good. Although he responded to my first email I’m still awaiting a response from the 17th June ( now 25th and still waiting) . I understand he’s busy, but still frustrating
