We booked flight and The Royal Cancun from 11/27/2024 to 12/01/2024. Travelocity did grade that resort as Wonderful. That was a lie to screw the customer. All info was lies. The resort was not even 3 stars, the people very rude . The food was really very bad quality always spoiled . On top of that one very strange attitude of restaurant waiters that I have never seen. Because the food was spoiled we couldn't finish it we got questioned and blamed why we didn't finish it. The restaurant manager chuted up when I told him it was not good for human consumption that ma health was much more important than that spoiled foods. We are Travelocity customers since longtime but no more trust them.

After a very challenging day with a huge booking error by another travel site, we managed to get a room for the night at the Southward Travelodge in London for the night and were welcomed by Bhanu who gave us vital assistance with our digital devices. absolute nightmare situation, no customer service help when you need it. 2 weeks later their service is saying they are charging us anyway for a vacation we COULDN'T go on because one of the names wasn't matching the credit card. worst part was just how much time we wasted in the airport trying to set things right. THAT was worse than being charged for nothing, honestly. F them. we noticed it was CHEAPER DIRECTLY through the resort website anywayyy.

I booked a ticket from Minneapolis to Panama City, PANAMA. Imagine my surprise when I looked at the ticket more closely the following day and saw they booked me to Panama City, Florida. I called immediately and they refused to refund my ticket. I disputed the charge that was on my American Express card and just found out the American Airlines has the small print about whatever and I am now being rebilled.

DO NOT USE Expedia, Travelocity, or American airlines!!!

when i booked my hotel the site said if i find a cheaper rate they would honor it but it was a lie

when i booked my hotel the site said if i found a cheaper rate they would honor it, when i messaged them to inform them they asked me to send them the link as well as a screen shot showing that it was for the same period as I booked with them and it must also show the total cost. after doing all of this i was informed that when the clicked on the link they were actually getting a higher price. I explained that maybe the price went up since i sent the photo and the link as the same can happen on there site. I also explained that i sent the screen shot showing the cheaper price, dates etc but they continued to tell me the same story they cant honor that since they are seeing a higher price. I went to lunch and came back decided to go back to the site to check the prince and it was still the same as the photo where i showed the cheaper price, i sent them back another email again saying what I confirmed all of a sudden no one is bothering with me. This are simply dishonest

I recently flew to Cancun and took a shuttle to Playa del Carmen. I got to the airport and called Travelocity bc I was slightly late my choices were as follows go on another plane that was going through Denver and get there 4 hours later or buy a one way ticket and get there approx 30 minutes close to what was originally planned. The Travelocity guy said I could do which ever both airlines were listed on the Travelocity trip plans. So I got the one way ticket and 7 days later they proceeded to cancel my trip home so I had to purchase another one way ticket on the same airline to get home. Not only did they have not have tickets to get me all the way home my connecting flight is not until in the morning (from DFW to Amarillo an hour flight btw). Travelocity wasn’t even going to call and let me know that I didn’t have a flight home I had to figure it out while trying to check in. They were rude there was nobody to talk to everything was done over chat and took close to 3 hours to ruin my last day there! Travelocity is trash! And so is continental airlines.

Travelocity, take the money and run

I booked a rental car through Travelocity with Thrifty Rent a car in Dallas/ Ft. Worth. Online, I was offered a discount by paying at that time vs. upon pickup, which I did...$540. When I arrived in DFW, thrifty clerk informed me I had payed Travelocity, but Travelocity had not paid Thrifty, so I was denied a car. I went to another rental agency, had to pay to rent another car, when my VISA card disputed the amount, with all receipts and proof of pay... travelocity still refuses to re imburse. I will NEVER use Travelocity again.

Stranded

we booked a room from another room we were unhappy with. Travelocity confirmed so we left the room and went to our new one. We got there and the room was a 2 person suite when they confirmed four. We were in a remote area and called Travelocity. They left us on hold for over an hour. It was already midnight. We had a six and ten year old in the backseat crying. After an hour of hold they came back to the phone and wanted to put us on hold again. We had to travel back an hour and a half and check in a hotel at 3 am. Customer service never called us back to even check on is. Horrible experience with a horrible company. If zero stars was a choice than I would pick it!!!!

lied to me

They said the manager of the Best Western in Montreal donwtonw would not agree to my request to change my reservation. I spoke to the manager face to face and he said travelosity was keeping my money.I spent 7 hours of phone time over a $135 reservation
