Needed to cancel tests after rule change for Portugal. Called to cancel and sent email requesting refund. Received email back within 2 days with 50% refund due back to bank within 10 days. Every little helps!

Poor signage to Testing Location
Warrington - Eurofins. Poor signage to testing location. Staff unfriendly. Chaotic documentation when performing tests for more than 2 people. Staff appeared overwhelmed by the volume of people coming at once.

Great experience for both my husband and myself.
Delivery was on time. Instructions were easy to follow. Results were received promptly. Overall a excellent experience.
The same remarks apply to my husband W F S AHANGAMA's Experience as we applied for both our tests together.

Refund costs represent 75% of costs paid. This is ridiculous. No consideration made for multiple bookings by one family and consequently very time consuming

absolutely crap
absolutely crap! fit to fly pcr isnt fit to fly! got turned away at check in!!! if you cant use it to fly dont advertise it as such. called eurofims at airport and they said sorry cant do anything. i missed my flight. when i get back to the uk i will be filing a compliant and taking this company to court
