Great service from order confirmation to delivery. Driver waited for me to get home to prevent a re-delivery and well packed tiles. Product looks good too.

I've used Travertine Store several times and have always been impressed with their service. They have a great selection of travertine tiles, and I've never had any issues finding replacement tiles that match existing ones perfectly. As travertine is becoming less readily available, it's reassuring to have a supplier that consistently stocks good-quality products at reasonable prices.

Delivery is always quick and straightforward, and their customer service team is helpful and responsive whenever I've needed assistance. Overall, excellent value for money and a reliable company that I would happily recommend.

What great service, this is the second time we have used Travertine Store for our refurbishment projects, goods arrived within a 48 hour lead time from ordering, the delivery guy called 1 hour ahead so we could arrange the off loading, all very hassle free and no transit damage, all in all this is how service should be !

Such an excellent company to deal with. The option of numerous sample tiles helped provide a perfect match to existing travertine tiles. Even our tiler was impressed!! Service from beginning to end was first class and the easy access to readily speak to a person made a big difference. From order to delivery they were so helpful and professional. Personal call after delivery to check everything was in order was really appreciated too. Would highly recommend to anyone ordering tiles. They would most certainly be our first choice when ordering in the future.

My dealings with Travertine were very good. Hana kept me fully updated on the progress of the order. The remoteness of the delivery address, caused lots of issues for the carrier but Hana went way beyond her normal duties to make sure everything arrive on time.

The website was so easy to use, you could purchase in metres or the amount of tiles you wanted and because i was matching up to previous travertine it was perfect.

Easy to use website with helpful tools and advice for ordering the correct quantities of tile and adhesive , delivery was prompt and tiles were generally in perfect condition with a just couple of smashed edge chips which were easily dealt with

Great tiles with fast efficient delivery and good communication from driver

I did a lot of searching to establish a max for my existing porcelain travertine tiles,
I sent for some samples which arrived the next day.
The subtle differences in colour and look is amazing so I was delighted to find such a close match. It is pure travertine but is knly fir an infill by the newly installed patio doors
Ordering and arranging for collection was simple and a 45 mile drive from Norfolk
The warehouse staff were very helpful and would recommend
