I have been purchasing treatment from Treat Discret this year and have had good experiences with the process and the clinicians. On one occasion I had to cancel the order and wait to seek further medical advice. The team here canceled the order and refunded me with no issue. Very grateful, especially as the price increase of late meant the amount spent was significant.

Really happy
After mulling it over for a long time, I finally decided to start a weight loss programme with Treat Discreet (the online arm of Cohens Chemist). The online information was very clear and helpful. Each month, before they despatch my order, Treat Discreet conducts an online, face-to-face consultation with me to see how things are going and to ensure that the medication is still appropriate for me. So far, things are going exceptionally well, and I feel very well supported by the Treat Discreet staff. I have been immensely impressed by the care with which the products have been packaged and mailed to me, and by the clear, helpful instructions for use. The only thing that was unclear online was guidance on how to go about ordering my second month's worth of the product; however, the company responded very quickly to my emailed enquiry. In summary, I am really impressed with my dealing with this company so far.
