this company a complete SCAM Ordered a game, received a 10cent ball but that was it. No game. because they have proof they sent me the ball I have no recourse. Do not buy anything from them.

This place is a complete scam. I ordered the golf bean bag set as a fathers day gift on May 26, 2020. I was told it was a company based in the USA yet it took until Aug 28th, 2020 for me to receive it. It supposedly originated in New York but then all of a sudden shipped from California to Indiana and then to Minnesota. I exchanged numerous emails with them asking where it was, why it was sitting in Indiana for over a month etc. I kept being told that it was due to the pandemic and to be patient. I told them numerous times that I wanted to cancel the order in which they ignored the request and claimed again that it was delayed due to the pandemic and that once it shipped they can't track it or get it back. When I finally received my package it was laughable what they sent to me. It literally was not even remotely like what was pictured or described. I immediately sent them pictures and asked for my money back as there website states they have a 100% money back guarantee and full refund if not satisfied for any reason. They offered to give me $12.00 back. I paid $79.97. they stated the reason was that I would be responsible for the return shipping costs and that the shipping would cost me at least $40. which I said was bullcrap because the box weighed 2 lbs and I could send it to California for less than $10. They then offered me a refund of $25.00 and stated that I could keep the item I received. They then actually said that once I received my $25.00 refund that they wanted me to go to their website and leave a positive review. What a complete joke. I have now disputed the charge with PayPal and am awaiting their decision on it. I don't understand how a place like this is able to legally do business anymore as everything stated on their website is a complete lie.

Do not order from here!! I also got scammed from facebook ad. It advertized 50% off. They overcharged me and I wrote them an email immediately. They would not correct the dollar amount. Just kept saying they were looking into it. Also said it would be shipped from USA.. nope.. about 3 months later recieved the poorly packaged item. It was the cheapest piece of crap I have ever ordered.

TOTAL SCAM, do not order from them. They take your money and never send you the product. Paypal would not help me with a refund either. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered 12 pieces resistance band as they advertised on Facebook last may .they said orders are shipped from US and received within 20 business days.i paid $32.98 US through PayPal.3 months after I got small package with one cheap plastic rubber with two handles on each sides which not even worth $2.00 from some chines guy in China.i emailed many times but not getting anywhere.they don’t answer any questions.they offer %10 money back after I shipped them back this rubber.paypal is not any better.they want me return the item with tracking number and after the seller received his package they would refund.i sent package back with regular mail because sending with tracking number would cost $85 by air.i sent pictures of the rubber to PayPal which clearly shows they scammed me by sending some garbage instead of what I ordered.there is no live customer service at PayPal to talk to just have to text them.treegens knows exactly what they are doing and how to scam people and PayPal not any better.i paid for the item and paid for shipping back this garbage back and now PayPal says if the seller says they have not received the item they can’t refund me.christine Bill you should be ashamed of your website for scamming people.DO NOT ORDER FROM TREEGENS

Scammers and PayPal are no better they keep extending the deadline going into a forth month now this Company has completely put me off shopping online they have ruined it for everyone else

This company is in China and is a complete SCAM, do not order things off of instagram or FB as scammers like them are using these mediums to scam people. DO NOT PAY with PAYPAL either use AMEX - paypal in the end sided with the scammer allowing them to rip me off.

Yes, this is a scam "company". I ordered a golf game and got a yellow rubber ball. They claimed to have sent the right item. They offered a refund if I would send the "game" back to China. It would cost more to send it back than it originally cost.

Apparently I am not the only one that got burned. I paid $57.97 for two outside golf games and only received 8 foam golf balls. NEVER received the games. Please do not order anything from this company

And never received themOn 6/1/2020 Inplaced the order and they said no problem.By July I emailed looking for them?They said you received them and I said no. Shortly after that I go two neoprene gold balls in the mail and they said you got the games.I emailed again
And said you sent two golf balls and forgot the games. They sent me a form saying the Post Office received them
And signed. Called P.O. and gave them the numbers and they said they were fake numbers and never received the games.
They insisted I had them and I did not. They owe me $54.97 and I said I want a refund and they said send the games back! I said I don’t have them.
They do not understand English very well.So they offered me 5% back, now it is 50%, I said no. So Never, Never, Never order from TREEGENS! They are fakes and rip you off.

This company is a complete fraud. Picture was a very nice high quality wood frame golf game. Received a cheap plastic product. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CHINA BASED COMPANY! Like many other reviews, I purchased the outdoor golf game thru PayPal $79.97, similar to Corn Hole board game. It took well over a month and half to receive it. When it arrived in a box about a foot long, i knew it was a mistake. I had one piece of cloth about 10 inches long and some white plastic tubes to assemble together to put it on and some plastic balls. Certainly not the described and photo shown on website. Two boards two turfs and balls. this was like some table top game with missing parts. I tried to dispute thru PayPal. I sent weblink and photos of advertisement and description and photos of what I received. I was to return the item and send tracking to PayPal thru resolution center. Well, to ship it back to China address with tracking outside of US was going to be $130! The company willingly send auto generated emails. Its a total disgusting rip off all the way around. Omg!! Complete scam. They think they can pull one over on me. Well I swear to hit them over and over with bad reviews. Never mailed me the order but did mail one golf ball so they can show proof they mailed something I suppose. Horrible company!!!

Total rip off! Like others I ordered a golf game and was sent 4 foam cat toy balls that retail for $1 Repeated emails and they say I got what I ordered and to send more money if I want the game. Total trickery on their advertising. Pic shows the game when you order. No pic of “high density sphere balls” I’ve requested a full refund but have not been told I’ll receive one. I will have my credit card company remove the charge and put it into refute so they lose the money I paid to them. With screen shots of their advertising it will be easy to show my credit card company they are scammers. I suggest you do the same if you ordered from them.

I would not even give them one star....what a rip off!!!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this site, the product is a piece of junk and then their 100% money back guarantee is a lie. I went back and forth with them for 2 weeks before they would even give me half of my money back. I wish I would have read their reviews before buying, I learned a lesson the hard way.

I wish I had seen the reviews before I purchased. I, along with so many of you, received 2 golf balls and paid $54.97. This is not what the product advertised. I cannot believe they can continue doing business.

Wish I had seen this in May when I bought my husband the golf game. Tried to use someone besides Amazon. Guess I have to go back to giving them my money

I really wish I would ha e looked at these reviews before ordering the product from the FB site. I now have a $32 nerf golf ball. Lesson learned here which won’t happen again. Facebook should do a better job before letting scammers post stuff on the site.
