We share Sarah Dodd & professional team of experts love & respect of trees. Some developers are very respectful of trees & enhance developments throughout the build process. Unfortunately this wasn't the case with neighbouring small development of 3 new build houses & our beautiful, majestic TPO copper beech developed fungus post development & regrettably had to be felled as a result. Sarah & team did their very best but we were up against numerous false accusations from developers' solicitor. However, we would certainly recommend Tree Law first class professional advice & regret that we were unable to take the matter further on this occasion!
