Treering Opiniones 

We are a weekly homeschool co-op for preschool through 12th grade, and we've been using Treering since 2018. Never tried anything else, and don't plan to! Low cost, 2 free student custom pages, easy program, quick turnaround, quality books, no minimum orders, and only one deadline! Parents/students can go back and buy a book any time from any year. Plus, Treering handles all the purchases so we don't have to handle money or store extra books. Customer service has been great too, although I haven't had to ask for much. I can’t say enough good things about our experience!

User friendly, good support via email

It was a great first year experience. Book looks fantastic, loved the price, and thought submission and delivery dates were perfect. I did find the responsiveness to my questions throughout the year a little slow, though.

HORRIBLE customer service. They mis printed a yearbook we ordered and refused to fix the issue, even after providing proof of sepersfe orders being placed with sepersfe custom pages. They see this and still claim that j would have to pay again for a yearbook to fix this issue. Highly disappointed. Do better Treering.

Absolutely love the flexibility treering offers - I was able to change my deadlines without hassle, received my books in record time, and the times I needed help, customer support was right there guiding me!

There are so many options for a book theme and layouts, it's practically designed not to fail, even for a new yearbook designer. Customer service help is quick and precise, and the delivered books look great.

Our experience with TreeRing was outstanding from start to finish. Whenever I had a question, there was always someone available to provide quick and helpful support. The website was very user-friendly and easy to navigate, which made the yearbook creation process much less stressful.

I was especially impressed with how quickly the yearbooks arrived and how organized the delivery was. Everything was clearly labeled and sorted, making distribution to students and staff incredibly easy. As a yearbook advisor, those details saved me a significant amount of time and effort.

Overall, TreeRing made the entire process smooth and efficient, and I can't imagine our school using another yearbook company anytime soon.

The program is too slow, some of the changes we made to the spreads did not print on our book. For example there was a square shape as background to a text box that did not print, when you can clearly see it on screen.
Most of the pictures and graphics looked poor quality when the images uploaded were high res. Also, it is not efficient to look through so many pictures (from the upload folder) maybe create a feature where it lets you pull pictures (most recent) or save them by date (folders etc)

Problem solved! A couple softcovers were sent that were supposed to be hardcovers, but with a quick email, new books were quickly sent.

The yearbook turned out amazing. My rep, Erika Payne, was so helpful. She checked in and made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely be using Treering in the future.

Horrible website and user interface. Issues uploading photos. Constant resets throughout the process maki no you start over. The “Smart Builder” making horrid layouts. How is it 2026 and they have a janky website? AI could make a better one in 2 minutes. This site has been garbage year after year with seemingly no onus to fix it.

Treering made it very simple to create my school’s yearbook.
