Great but assembly instructions poor
Really sturdy, really functional and, once together, perfect for the job. I wasn't impressed though with the poor assembly instructions and had to go online to find a video. You need to address this and produce your own instructional video for this particular table. It's a shame as the product itself is really well thought out. Additional things that I think would make this even better would be: 1. to supply an attachable storage box or bag to put the insert rings, router fixing screws, allen key, spanner etc supplied in, so they don't get separated from the table. 2. Attachment points for mitre fence and side pressure feather board, for when they're not in use.

It was returned to me at my home address all under guarantee & at no cost to me. This was all done within a few days of contacting Jack. A couple of screws worth just over £1 were sent signature required, the delivery driver then never rang the bell and because he needed signature didnt put them through the letterbox so i now have over 3 mile round trip to collect them after paying £2.40 delivery

Faster than expected delivery. The dust extractor hose fits and works perfectly. Great quality product.It would be good if Trend made a cyclone separator to work along with their very decent dust extractor vacuums!

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service provided by Jack Thomson. I had a tool bag which had developed a couple of issues within the warranty period and contacted Trend’s customer services. I was promptly dealt with by Jack who provided great customer service and without any hassle supplied a replacement bag. This is the sort of customer service I provide in my own work and it goes a long way to having happy customers. This time I only bought a tool bag but judging the company on the customer service that I received I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Trend or its products to anyone else in the future. Btw the tool bag is a great product with plenty of space and pockets for everything I need plus a laptop space that’s protected too.

From purchase to arrival the experience was great, and I was kept up to date with the delivery.
However, I was disappointed that when I opened the box, there was no square driver that you get with most other brands with a specific drive.
