I ordered a cosatto pushchair lunch time 23/1/23 at a massively discounted price which was impressive, my granddaughter was sitting in it by 10am the following morning and she absolutely 💯 loves it. What a exceptional service will definitely recommend this company thankyou and DPD the delivery service was excellent kept me fully informed and delivered exactly on time amazing.

Good customer service until they have there damaged good back. Collected 12th Dec and still taking money for it contacted them twice to ask the to sort the refund to be ignored. Disappointed with this company

Brilliant customer service
After seeing some negative reviews, I was nervous about buying from this site. But I have to share what a brilliant experience I've had. We bought our travel system with no issues. Standard emails to notify us on delivery time etc.
About 5 months later my pram started to play up. I messaged Trendy Baby via their online help form and had a reply within 48hrs. We exchanged several emails where the Trendy Baby representative talked me through some possible solutions. When it didn't work he arrange a courier to take it off to the manufacturer for repair. He kept in regular contact and went over and above to get the pram back to me during the busy postal time (just before Christmas and during postal strikes). Really appreciate the customer service and definitely recommend.

I bought the Mamas and Papas Occaro bundle for my baby. The pram broke after 3 months of her being in it - I am unable to adjust the pram from lying back to being sat up. I emailed Trendy Baby in October and am yet to hear back, I ring and there is NEVER an answer and yes I am ringing between 9:30 and 1pm. I am on maternity leave so can no way afford a new pram, I need this sorting ASAP as I am now having to loan my parents pram when we want to take her out.

I made contact with Trendybaby prior to purchase to ensure the required items were in stock and would be available for the free Next Day Delivery service. Received a fast response from Alex and proceeded with the purchase of a Mamas & Papas Ocarro 9 piece bundle for our daughter who was very picky with the colour required! Unfortunately one of the bundle items was not available in the colour required (even though it stated "In Stock" on their website), we were contacted by Alex and offered an alternative, however this was not suitable and they very kindly refunded this item so we could purchase elsewhere. All other items arrived next day as promised in good condition, our daughter is over the moon. The bundle we ordered was £100 cheaper than we could find anywhere else, only downside was that not all the bundle items were in stock in the required colour, other than that all was great.

I was a little nervous placing an order after reading the bad reviews but they made me want to write a good one to help others! Placed my order on Sunday for 3 large items, was updated to let me know when all were shipped and received 2 yesterday (Tuesday) and 1 today (Wednesday). I can’t fault the ease of ordering, payment or being kept updated! Will definitely use the company again! Thankyou for a great service!

I had an issue with the carrycot and Alex was incredible, arranging everything to be fixed and returned to me in a matter of days. Great customer service!

We were a little hesitant buying from Trendy Baby after reading some of the negative reviews but after dealing with them (Alex in particular), we felt it important to leave positive feedback. The item hadn't arrived by the expected date so I initially tried calling but no one answered. However, after using the contact form on the website, Alex called me the same day to explain that they'd just been informed of a delay from the manufacturer. Alex then chased this up and kept me informed over the next few days until the travel system arrived. On arrival, there was sadly some damage to the chassis (through no fault of Trendy Baby). I contacted Alex and within four working days, a new chassis arrived and the old one was taken away. I know there are some negative reviews but we're really pleased that we bought from Trendy Baby. They have great discounts and I can't thank Alex enough for making sure the item arrived in time for our baby's arrival!

TrendyBaby were amazing throughout dealing with them.
There was an issue with our pram and they dealt with this on our behalf directly with the manufacturer - remedying this swiftly and with really clear correspondence
Alex was a pleasure to deal with.
Best price online as well.

I ordered a stroller for my granddaughter. This site offered the best price. I was a bit dubious about ordering as I'd not heard of this company but no problems whatsoever! Email confirmation and delivered in a timely manner. We've not unpacked the product yet but in original manufacturers box so should be fine 🙂

I have been tried to return the car seat and trying to call them for past 1 week and they do not answer the phone and then close at 1pm. Horriable. Wasted so much money. PEOPLE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIABLE!!!

I was really apprehensive to order from this company. They had the pram I wanted for the best price, but there were so many negative reviews, I was reluctant to order. I bit the bullet and ended up ordering and I'm so glad that I did. The pram was delivered yesterday and is perfect! The communication from the company was great and helpful too! I would definitely order from Trendy Baby again and would recommend them to others too! Great products at great prices and fast, free delivery too!

I dont want to put a negative rating as im unsure at this stage if there is an actual issue but after having no response from email, fb or Instagram I feel like this is my final resort to get into contact.

I'm on day four since purchasing a pram that was 4-5 days delivery. Since ordering I haven't received anything at all from the company no confirmation email or dispatch email which i thought I would of received by now as delivery was supposed to be 5 days max which is tomorrow.

Any idea how I can get in touch with the company and actually get a reply?

I wanted to leave a review of my experience for people that are wondering weather to use this company or not as some of the reviews that have been left are a bit unfair in my opinion i gave 5 stars because I couldn’t be any happier after reading the reviews myself I must admit I was a bit apprehensive but the deal was too good to pass up on I’ve been searching for months for a pram for my baby he’s due in December and I just couldn’t find one eventually I fell in love with the giggle 3 pram charcoal mister fox and the price ranged from £700- £1200 and I just could no way afford that much then I found it for under £300 on trendy baby and I Couldn’t quite believe it after reading the reviews i eventually plucked up the courage to place an order and I recieved my confirmation email straight away I ordered it on Monday night and it was here on Wednesday morning I’ve opened the box and had a look to make sure everything was there and it’s perfect I am absolutely over the moon with it. If u are in two minds to use this company or not I would highly recommend x

I purchased a Nuna leaf grow from Trendy Baby. Not only they had a great discount on the product but it was also delivered very quickly despite ordering on a bank holiday.

I placed my order on Monday and had my items delivered by Thursday I can't believe how quick the delivery came pluss I messed up on the delivery address as I was getting items delivered at my sons I emailed trendy baby and they got back to me straight away and rectified my mistake no problems some company's out there could learn a lesson from this company.
I am well impressed and will definitely use again. Big thank you.

I place an order on 26/07/22 but have not received an order confirmation email yet the money has come out of our account, The stroller we ordered states Next Working day delivery too.
