Reported to my bank and got my money back straightaway

As everyone else, totally scammed by this company, no phone number no reply to emails no item delivered, now reported to my bank who’ve raised a dispute. Hopefully can help get money back.
Shopify are totally useless help also….

Ordered a shed 2 weeks. I have sent numerous emails without a response.
Still haven't received the shed.
Reported to barclays bank to notify them as a scam.
They told me its a recurring payment...wow...
Do not order from this site.it is a scam

Scammed do not order from these. Ordered shed, never arrived, sent numerous messages / emails which had no response.

I have purchased 2 items, the items haven't arrived and no one is responded to my email, contact number isn't working, scammers.

Scammers!! Took £99 from me. Order never arrived, never answered emails and their phone number is a fake. Stay away!

Never received my item different name on my statement to what it says on the website which is a red flag my credit card company follow me up the day after I made the purchase and said that your account is now victim of fraud and scam. I’ve emailed back with email that they have put on their address. No reply the number that doesn’t even ring out now reported this as a fraud company. The address is different to what it says on the website. I cannot believe I felt for this. The price is too good to be true. Do not even bother going anywhere near this company as it should be banned

Complete scam, bank has refunded the money and company has been reported to the fraud team and the police. Shame on Shopify for not taking down the site

I bought a metal shed on the 18th March 2026 and it is now 14th April 2026 and apparently they say 5-6 days delivery , I have emailed so many times and the contact number is incorrect. I’ve lost £120 despite being given an order number it’s disgusting and somebody should be held to account

Scam - garden box ordered but no sign of it for a month. Shopify are no help at all and are facilitating scammers.

SCAMMERS, INVALID PHONE NUMBER, EMAILS IGNORED. SAY THEYRE A UK COMPANY BUT THE PAYMENT GOES TO A COMPANY CALLED COPERF IN STRASBOURG. THE ADVERT WAS LISTED AS A SPONSORED AD ON GOOGLE.

I made a purchase almost 2 weeks ago and still no news of dispatch as promised. Emails are being ignored and the registered number is invalid. Have been reported to Shopify platform.

This website is a scam please do not use. My nan paid £200 pound for a shed , 3 weeks later no shed no response to emails or calls. The number says not valid when you call and there is no response to emails. I have found many people on facebook saying the same thing , please stay away and save your money !
