Hello. We bought an Enduro P9 carbo frâne. The product came in a good protective packing in about 20 days. Colour of the frame is a bit darker than on the site, but it fits the other pieces better. It looks great .

I ordered a Graro gravel bike frame from Triaero/Ican on December 16th. After the frame was painted, it was shipped on January 2nd to my address in Germany. The international shipping was very fast and the frame already arrived a week later.

Communication was perfect throughout the whole process, especially with Peggy from customer service. She was always responsive, clear, and helpful.

The frame was very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. The quality is outstanding for the price - even better than I would have expected.

All accessories required for building up the bike were included, except for the internal cable routing headset cover.
This was clearly communicated by Peggy before shipping, so there were no surprises.

Overall, a very smooth and professional experience. Great product, great service, and great value for money. I would definitely order from Triaero/Ican again.

I have a bike that got a destroyed rear axle. After a search I found Triaero seemed to have the part. I ordered it and was contacted by a representative (Peggy) to make sure it would work. They quickly verified the fit and shipped the axle. It arrived in a little over a week - much quicker than I anticipated. Great experience as my next step was to get a custom axle from a machine shop.

Excellent pre-sales service from Peggy answering detailed technical questions quickly. Impressive custom colour selection provided as standard. Peggy confirmed details of the order accurately throughout the purchase process. Photo provided of frame prior to shipping which gave extra confidence. Frame arrived well packed and appears to be good quality. Assembled cleanly and completed bike rides really well.

One of the best online companies I've dealt with - if not 'the best'. Outstanding customer service rep (Peggy), initiated communications to insure my order was correct (20 inch 451 tri-spoke carbon wheel). The wheel is flawless. I'll be ordering more. Highly recommend this company without reservation. And shipping took only 8 days, as hard as UPS tried their very best to extend that to a month or more - only half kidding - distance from Triaero to Vancouver is 6400 miles as crow flies. UPS managed to send the wheel on a 29,000 mile criss-crossing tour of North America and the Pacific ocean. But they didn't lose it!!!

The bike frame arrived quite fast, it is undamaged and all the bits and bobs are there. The wrapping was really good too. Customer support was quick, but there was a language barrier.

First time customer, bought my first mountain bike frame from Triaero, great results so far from the bike build! Only downside was the cost of shipping, but the product is good and company was professional, responsive and helpful through email. I would purchase again in the future.
