I appreciate the assistance in helping receive my presettlement funding. It was a blessing in a time of need while I was preparing for my surgery and time to be taken off of work. The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way and I feel should not happen is the fact that they MAKE you give a review and it is mandatory to receive the funding. Petty at its best.

Appalling. I am not a Tribeca Lawsuit Loans Customer and I never have been, but one of their legitimate customers has an email address which is very similar to my own, and they have misrecorded my email address in their system in error. I've notified them of the error and they've acknowledged it, but I've then received a further email asking me to review their service. Human error is one thing, but having the wrong customers email address recorded and then not correcting it to prevent further correspondence must be a breach of data protection.

Candice and Rory made it happen even when my side was moving slow she speed things up she knows even if you waiting on your settlement pay things keep moving. I really appreciate they help.

They were awesome ill use them again.

If they can help with your case, they will but it took way longer than 48 -72 hours. I finally received help a week later. The rates are extremely high though and I’m glad they didn’t approve what I really needed or I would be paying a lot back.

My life and my family's life was great, I never thought for 1000 years it would ever change, BUT IT DID, first covid, then our jobs gone, with no jobs couldn't pay our Bill's, couldn't renew our lease, and we were evicted,
After being in the middle of a large class action suit. It didnt ever cross my mind that I'd see that money for a long while,

Its not really about the company but it's a great company it's about the people bc they are some DAMN GOOD PEOPLE, thank you so much

I was off work because of a work related injury. I had fallen behind on my bills coupled with my household family members were laid off do to the pandemic. I contacted Tribeca and received an immediate response.The staff at Tribeca was kind, caring, professional and was able to meet my family needs. I applied with Tribeca and speaking with DJ it started out like a blessing from heaven dj was a very typical salesman aka politician everything he said was on point and made me feel he and company had my best interest at heart and right in the middle of his well rehearsed words he just left on vacation smack dab in the middle of helping me..his action were that of screw you its xmas I'm gone wont be back til after xmas..no no no wait please please...OMG WHAT A JERK....so I was left with no choice but continue to seek help..being disable and senior its has been hard to get around and phone bout to be cut off I found myself home alone on xmas no being able to make any move and a friend just checking on me paid my phone so I could continue seeking help..dj and Tribeca was not there when I had very serious questions to ask...each choice I made since speaking with dj somehow feels wrong..my main question was I did not know how much to ask for I just wanted to share what my needs were and I did not want to except more than I needed and dj and company just left and left fast..so I hope I didnt make a mistake and prepare myself and not expect any help this week...when I needed their help the most..plan b

I started the process on Tuesday by talking with Candice and followed up Wednesday with Candice who was shocked to hear that I had NOT heard from you Danielle, as of that point. Later that day I did finally hear from her after calling and texting a few times. Finally later Wednesday afternoon she did call and state that she had good news and that I was approved. She stated that I might have it that evening but most likely Thursday. Well Thursday came and went with NO deposit. Upon speaking with her, Thursday she said that one of the letters was not correctly addressed and that it had already fixed and that it might be deposited that day if not again it would be Friday. Well Friday came and went and AGAIN NO DEPOSIT. When I spoke with her on the phone Friday afternoon she said that she had contacted Todd and that it should be there like around 6P.M. II even contacted her on Saturday, which by the way I emailed Todd Saturday as well with no response. She had advised that I was funded but I replied back to her no I was not and figured she would have looked it to this and would of got back with me. I also thought that Todd would of emailed me back as a common courtesy at least saying that he would look into this matter. Last time when I chose y'all to go with I had my money deposited within 48 hours of the call. I am very fustrated because I honestly would if thought I would of had the money deposited. We are not talking about a small amount of money, I called because I needed money ASAP to help me out. This has really been handled unprofessionally on y'all's part. I feel that I have had to contact y’all more then I should because I would not get a response. I would text her and call her multiple times before I would even get a response or call when she should have been contacting me not me always reaching out to y’all . As stated above I was told she would be contacting me Tuesday evening as I called around 4:45 in the afternoon, and I did not have contact from her until Wednesday afternoon. I even called my bank Saturday and asked if they see a pending wire transfer. They stated they were working on stuff for deposit on Monday December 7 2020, and it showed no up coming wire transfer.

I was in a bind to get caught up on my rent and car note/insurance, and Tribeca Lawsuit Loans came through with the funding I needed without a worry or a hitch in the process. I love the customer service care and how attentive they are to details. Thank you Tribeca.
