I loved this place. If I lived in London I’d be so loyal to Trieu Nails. Everyone was so friendly and it seemed like everyone knew each other but I was completely included. The nails were so fast and so well done.

The incredible attention to detail and professionalism was impeccable. Walked out with my nails looking hella fab.

The design I wanted turned out exactly as I envisioned, and the quality of the work is outstanding. Rezia's precision and skill truly impressed me. I left feeling pampered and with beautiful nails. Highly recommend!

Yesterday was my second manicure at this salon. After years of shellac manicures my nails have weaken and kept breaking so three weeks ago I looked online and booked a treatment I thought would help them grow. Nail technician Rani was amazing! I ended up having a full consultation as she explained two different treatments and tested them on my nails. At the end I opted for not having what I had originally booked; Rani did the most beautiful nude colour shellac manicure on my short nails and even refunded the price difference back onto my card. It lasted beautifully and my nails have grown without breaking so last evening I went back. Another excellent service from Rani, so friendly, warm and professional. I chose a vibrant colour from their extensive collection and I am loving my nails. I’ll be happy to travel to this salon again, Rani is worth the trip and she works late so I can fit my manicures after my work day rather than having to take time off!

Due to the NHS wide nursing strike and increased nursing staff shortage i ended up leaving work a bit later as was caring for sick/dying patients and my colleagues and had been looking forward to a treat afterwards to get my nails done. I rang them to let the know my work issues that I might be a bit late due and did they have any later time. i was met with coldness on the phone and one word answers and the lady on the phone kept reiterating that they will not refund me and the policy ( to which i know and i told on the phone i know) to which i didnt have a problem i just wanted to know when next suits them for an appointment as i can be flexible given i can not make the booked time. There was no warmth of friendlines or sense of understanding on the phone which is very poor customer service and i felt shocked and upset given i spent the last 12-13 hours keeping people alive and needed some stress relief/own pampering- the lady on the phone hesitantly rebooked me another appointment a day or so later and from the sharp disinterested tone of her voice and one word answers it came across as though i was causing them an inconvience by asking to rebook my appointment. I have rang another few nails bars around that area to which i was met with immediate understanding warmth and professionalism ( none of which were displayed in Trieu nails) and have thankfully been well looked after and will now be taking my service to another local nail bar who have demonstrated how they put clients first. I have overlooked how dirty the salon is when i have come in and the spare time for my appointment could have been used by them to perhaps clean there salon between clients.

I had to get my nails done quickly due to being in a video shoot and so couldn’t go to my usual salon.
I’ve always had really strong natural nails and get shellac on them. The woman who did my nails filed my natural nails down so low that now they are incredibly thin and you can see the pink of my flesh underneath them.

My nails lasted a week before chipping and breaking due to being so weak.

They also said they put gel on my nails but this isn’t the case as when I had them taken off in my usual salon the texture was different and so take off took ages.

Don’t go to this salon if you like your nail healthy.

This is going to take weeks for me to grow out the damage they’ve done.

This was my second visit to the salon and it was as much of a wonderful experience as the first. The team is very friendly and greeted me like family. They will all happily chat with clients and ensure they feel welcome, comfortable and important. The salon is impeccably clean & the staff pride themselves on their high hygiene levels.
My treatments were with Rani, who is a most talented technician. Nothing is too much trouble for her (or the team) and she works her nail magic well. The team has a good rapport and support each other, audibly admiring each others’ work, which make you feel even more special as a client.
It’s the professionalism, friendliness & talent that will keep me going back to see the amazing team here. I’ve already booked my next appointment!

I've visited this nail salon several times - the team is super kind, helpful and professional! Rezia was lovely and did a fantastic job! I highly recommend this salon.

I went on Thursday at 1pm for a pedi and a set of acrylics. I left at 5pm not only was my therapist Cristina incredibly slow she did the worst job on my hands and feet. Terrible nail shape, bad varnish application on both hands and feet. I’ll definitely not be returning. The other girls seemed lovely so maybe try them if your going

Went back to Rani at Trieu for a full set of acrylics and, as per usual, LOVE the result! She's so talented and gets it right every single time. As if that wasnt enough, she's also an absolute sweetheart. Highly recommend.

This was my first time at Trieu Nails and I will definitely be going back. Rani did an amazing job on my nails and was so friendly- I could've chatted to her for hours! Thanks to Kim for fitting me in last minute. Best service I've received with the nicest atmosphere! Can't wait to see you girls again!
