Don’t use. I was about to pull the trigger and order but I first had a few questions. I texted, emailed and left a VM for a call back ( customer service was busy). Never heard back. Terrible customer service.
Terrible experience. Customer service is among the worst I’ve experienced with any organization. Getting even a partial refund is nearly impossible, for they gobble your credit card immediately claiming that the medications are ordered already. Good luck connecting with a person in any department other than sales. Enjoy the wait.

Please be VERY AWARE AND CAREFUL when filling out the questionnaire for weight loss medication. Once they approve you, they automatically ship out meds without notifying you. You just get a text/email with tracking info but not an email stating that your approval automatically gives them permission to mail you medication. Tried to cancel 48 hrs before shipping, but was unable to. Texted, emailed and called customer service, to no avail. I'm sure there may be fine print somewhere, stating this is their policy, JUST BEWARE before you finalize your questionnaire!
