We had an excellent experience with Jordan and Daniel at Trinity Financial throughout our mortgage application.

From the outset, Jordan was knowledgeable, responsive and extremely thorough. He took the time to understand our circumstances, clearly explained the different mortgage options available to us and guided us through each stage of the application. Whenever we had questions or needed clarification, the communication was prompt, clear and reassuring.

Daniel was equally helpful in keeping everything progressing smoothly, providing updates and helping with the documentation and follow-ups required during the application.

What impressed us most was the level of personal attention and professionalism. Mortgage applications can be stressful, particularly when additional information is requested by the lender, but Jordan and Daniel were proactive in dealing with queries, explaining our circumstances clearly to the lender and keeping us informed throughout.

We had David Sanders as our broker and he was brilliant. Willing to talk everything through on the phone and support us in decision making about 2year Vs 5year fixed term etc. We received our mortgage offer a few weeks after submitting. Would recommend and use again.

My experience as a first-time buyer with Joshua Weekes of was excellent throughout. He explained the process clearly and answered all of my questions patiently. He secured a very competitive deal that I'm genuinely happy with, and processed my application promptly, with quick replies to every message along the way.
House hunting, and everything that comes with it, can be exhausting. Josh's work made this one less thing to worry about, and I'll be using him again when it comes to remortgaging. Thanks Josh!

What can I say? The service provided by these guys was absolutely unreal. They were a god send when myself and my partner were trying to navigate the process of buying our first home together. All the banks were making life very complicated and difficult for us, with their long phone calls and unnecessarily drawn out questionnaires. Trinity Financial took all the stress out of it.

Crucially, we were applying for our mortgage at a time of severe geopolitical uncertainty, meaning we only had a very short window of opportunity to secure our mortgage before the rates shot up. Never mind, because this mortgage broker went above and beyond, picking up the phone 4 times a day and working throughout the Saturday to get our mortgage sorted before the following week. This was truly fundamental in being able to buy the house we wanted, and has literally saved us thousands of pounds.
