Trio Furnishings Ltd Opiniones 

Today my husband and I went to Trio Furnishings looking for a new sofa. We were assisted by Josh who was very pleasant. Josh asked us what sort of sofa we were looking for and had fantastic knowledge of the stock. He was able to take us straight to an option that was ideal which we purchased. Would highly recommend.

The service quality is irresistible. The workers'/team's reception, attention, patience, and detailed explanations of my multiple and often repeated questions were responded to with a smile. Thus, the discounted offers and mode of payment were very attractive, so I wanted to be assured. And, yeah! I sealed the deals and have been referring friends and family to grab the offer while it lasts.

Have only given 1 star as I do not have the goods! Order is processing which it has been since time of ordering.

Had exactly the products we were looking for which was a bonus.

I visited trio yesterday, my mom with dementia had a fall and i needed a single bed and mattress fast as we needed to bring her down into the living room to sleep, i explained the situation and the man was fantastic had me a bed deliverd within 4 hours, fantastic customer service, realy went out of his way to get me what i needed asap, thanks trio great service.would highley recommend this shopx

If u ever need to go here ask for josh really too bloke helped us out no end even when we had a issue of chairs not suitable for disabled husband he went above and beyond to help sort out fantastic service and very quick delivery

Thank you to the staff at trio furnishings for help and understanding regarding the 3 piece suite we purchased from them we were not happy with problem solved new one arrived today top marks

I've used Trio, Telford previously but today went in to look for a new suite. I asked numerous questions about what would suit my needs best and Josh who I dealt with was amazing and couldn't be more helpful. I placed the order and I'm now looking forward to delivery. I'll update then about when it arrives but just felt the service today was so good that it needed a positive review.

Anybody that remembers the good old days when it was called the Glory Hole forget that because it's nothing like that now!!!! When we went in to place the order for a table and chairs we had to go and search for a sales person who then made us feel as though we were not welcome in the store. When placing the order we weren't told that the chairs wouldn't be available for another two or three weeks. The whole process was rushed as though the sales person just wanted us to pay and then get the hell out of there. We weren't given a date for delivery so a week later we called them to find out when it would be. This was a Friday and we was told that everything would be delivered the following Monday. When the van arrived it just had the table on board no chairs had arrived. As a table isn't much use without chairs we asked for a refund that was when the fun began.
We was told that we couldn't have a refund as the Manager wasn't there "this was over the phone" so we went down to the store. When we arrived and said we had come for a refund and we wouldn't be leaving until we got one the girl behind the desk with a smirk on her face said " take a seat but you won't be getting one". Once I applied a bit of pressure the girl behind the desk rang the Manager and a refund was done.
A store that can't do a refund. A Manager that isn't on site and no deputy. Sales staff and admin staff that don't care about the customer. Such a large store as well.
That's my story it's up to you now.

Came shopping for a sofa for my Mum . Joshua the sales assistant who helped us was very caring and patient with my Mum . Pointing out various suites that may suit my Mums requirements and needs . Thank you Joshua and Trio for making settee buying a much easier experience with alot of choice .

We were looking for a new mattress,
The staff were super friendly and very helpful and gave us lots of advice on the different types of mattresses they had in stock. Would 100% recommend Trio

Rude, unhelpful staff, false promises on delivery, 3 weeks late already and no contact from their side.

Just ordered a sofa & bed from Trio from what I described to what I would like and worked with to what I liked and within my budget

Recently had new carpet from trio furnishings service by chris was very good and excellent service from the carpet fitters.

Just purchased a new ottoman bed base, this will be then second one we have had from here, the product is fantastic, we were helped with our order by Richard, who was extremely helpful and friendly. Excellent customer customer service, without staff being pushy.

AVOID!! Absolute time wasters and never had such poor customer service.
Ordered a book case on their website just after Christmas which said was in stock. By 7th January no word on delivery so I gave them a call. The woman who answered was so unhelpful and did not seem like she could be bothered. Was told I would receive a call back with an update. 2 hours later no update, called again to be told the item is not in stock and the stockists have only just reopened after the Christmas period so they will place the order. I was told it would take a week to get to them then would be delivered to me the following week. 21st January, still no communication on delivery so I called them again to be told that it is out of stock with the supplier and won't be available until mid February. After this point I requested a refund as I'd had enough of their excuses and lack of communication. I can't believe it was going to take them over 1.5 months to deliver a book case...thats if it would have arrived in mid February.
Never had such a poor purchasing experience and will never buy from trio Furnishings again.
