I recently travelled to Turkey for plastic surgery with Dr Orman at Trioclinic. This is my second time attending Trioclinic and having surgery with Dr Orman.

My first surgery was Bbl, liposuction and chin lipo - I couldn’t thank the team enough. This was in 2020. My results were picture perfect.

October 2024 I have returned and just undergone my second BBL, liposuction and upper eye lid surgery. The Trioclinic team have gone above and beyond for me from start to finish. This team is incredibly professional and passionate about the care of their patients. I have never been in a hospital so clean and sanitised in my life. The service and standard of care has been 2nd to know and I can’t thank the team enough.

For anyone who is considering surgery at Trioclinic you are collected from the airport via a private transfer and taken to your hotel. You are checked and settled in and then the next day you have blood tests and a checkup at the hospital you have an English speaking patient coordinator with you at all times You are also constantly connected with the team through social media and WhatsApp. The hospital is a luxurious private healthcare facility it looks more like a luxury hotel the hospital staff and nurses can’t do enough to make you feel at ease and calm throughout your stay.

I am now four days postop and healing really well after my second round of surgery with Trioclinic and Dr Orman. Dr Orman is a true professional and master of his craft. I trusted him from the moment I met him, his many years of experience and his passion for his work shines through. I can’t thank him in the team enough.

Llike many of us who are considering a cosmetic procedure in Turkey, I have spent several months studying and researching different clinics. Although it doesn't have high reviews, I still requested information from Trioklinic and Dr Orman for a Skinny BBL procedure. I received an impeccable and very professional information service from coordination Sara, who with unfailing professionalism responded to all my requests, questions and concerns that may arise when planning a surgery abroad and I decided not to take into account the bad reviews and chose Trioklinic. While I was organizing to pay the deposit, I saw the announcement that Dr. Orman would be coming to London to carry out the consultations, so I immediately contacted Sara who promptly booked me the appointment at Canon Street. As soon as I received confirmation of availability, I confirmed mine, informing that I would have taken work leave in order to meet the Dr, and so I did! The day before the consultation, Sara contacted me & we exchanged confirmation of the appointment, for this afternoon, at 5.30pm. I arrived early for the appointment, planning to send the deposit payment to Sara as soon as the consultation was completed. So far everything seems perfect, right? They make me sit in a waiting room, and extremely enthusiastic, I wait for 5.30pm.... which then becomes 6.00pm...6.15pm...6.30pm. After more than an hour of being completely abandoned in a waiting room, without receiving a valid reason or explanation, and without signs of Dr. Orman, I canceled my request forms for the visit and returned them, communicating that I had no intention of of being treated with so much lack of respect and professionalism. In the meantime, the kind Sara, unaware of what happened, asks me the outcome of the consultation, as we will have to update as soon as it ends. I inform her that I had just left, that I was treated with an unprecedented lack of respect and professionalism by a professional figure such as a Doctor and a medical clinic, and my intention to cancel my surgery with the Trioklinic, because what they showed today is complete disregard for the patient, his time, his respect, and his interest, and whoever has no respect for a patient will certainly not have respect for his body!! Extremely shocked, embarrassed and sorry for what happened, Sara takes the full responsibility of what happened even if that is not hers, (as she is in the clinic in Turkey and not in London) and personally apologizes, and I can assure you, even now that I am advising all of you against Dr. Orman, I absolutely believe Sara's concerns and embarrassing, which I accept! She immediately looks for an explanation, and tells me that due to a client who had not respected her appointment but had returned late and accepted, everything had been delayed... which unfortunately, confirms the arrogance and bad organization of Dr Orman, who despite being aware of a huge delay, he didn't bother in the slightest to inform the waiting patients!
However, the one who should apologize and show his face in this whole situation is Dr. Orman, and not his exceptional collaborator. Dear Dr, you should know that respect for your patients should be THE BASE! What made you think my time was less important or worth less than yours? With what arrogance did you not bother to inform me or reassure me or ask me for availability to stay beyond an hour of unjustified waiting? What happened from the top of your Olympu, did you feel like such a God of surgery that any client would have to accept such disrespect and wait for your convenience? No because you know, I would like to point out that you do not manage a giant hospital and you do not have a 5 star rating on any web page as many other! How dare you treat your customers with such disrespect? Do you think that just starting to having added in your portfolio of clients two influences (moreover already famous clients from others clinic, not been touched just from you) you an enlightened surgeon? That's mean that you're treating your clients differently and we must be famous to be threatened with respect from you? SHAME OF YOU! I close this review with the hope that all of you who are reading understand that Turkey is full of much more respectful and much more renowned clinics and doctors, and that if a client is treated and abandoned like this for a simple visit, once go to Turkey, the situation that could be created with such a rude and indifferent Doctor could be much worse and much more risky. I assure you that if you search, at the same rate requested by Dr Orman, you will certainly find much more valid clinics and doctors, who have managed to win hundreds of positive reviews thanks to the respect, trust and satisfaction gained from customers.

I couldn't be more thrilled to share my experience with Dr. Cagdas Orman! In January 2024 I travelled from Sydney Australia to Trio Klinic, I underwent a transformative surgery under his skilled hands—a tummy tuck, muscle repair, and liposuction—and the results have truly changed my life.

In august 2021 I had liposuction, gynecomastia surgery and J plasma.

After the operation I wasn’t happy about my gynecomastia surgery as we agreed that we would remove the gland rather then just liposuction the chest area.

After returning home for approximately 2 weeks I developed infection and ended up with encapsulated seroma after following their aftercare advice.

We agreed a revision date however ended up in hospital in the uk. Trio Clinic agreed that they’ll bring the date forward and do emergency operation to clear the infection and give me a mini tummy tuck.

October 2021 I had the emergency operation and had the mini tummy tuck however it was horrible and made me feel depressed and upset as cosmetically looked terrible however I understand that it was emergency operation.

After the operation I had concerns regards to the excess skin and how the tummy tuck looked. I was only given antibiotics however few weeks later I developed fibrosis and blood clots (didn’t know)

I pleaded with the clinic (Tulin) that this isn’t normally and her advise was that the skin is relaxing (I’m confused)

After complaining numerous times about how cosmetically terrible it looked we agreed a revision for 3rd surgery at a cost €500 to correct the issues to make it cosmetically decent.

In march 2022 I had the surgery and it’s poor workmanship from Dr Orman and the clinic. I complained about the issue however the clinic have threaten to take legal action if I speak on this matter.

The coordinator broke data protection protocol by discussing my medical records a with 3rd without my consent.

This is my experience and worst 9 months of my life

December 2023

They’ve blocked me on all social media and have threaten me with legal action because I’m unhappy with my treatment. Dr Cagdas Orman has also blocked me and hasn’t once reached out to me to discuss certain points.

January 2024

I do not recommend this clinic and surgeon as there is potential risk to life and they put the blame on the patients. Please read there reviews on other sites

I thought I'd start a nice journey with my new breast but it became a nightmare, i had to do 2 surgerys because they messed up really hard and even the second surgery went terribly wrong , my implants fell out of my muscle again and now it looks horrible, never ever ever again at this clinic , now i have to spent again money for the third surgery

I made my 2 surgeries 3 weeks ago and i can tell i was supervised and well treated as a patient should be 🫶 I’m very glad i choose Trio Klinik i can’t wait to have the final results in a few months . Thanks again to Dr Orman and his team

first I found another Klini. But something didn't suit me and I went on a search. It didn't take long and I was straight to Dr. Cagdas Orman (Trioklinik) and I knew I had to go there. The team is just great. I get a direct answer no matter when no matter what time. You are always available. On site everything was just loving. The team, the hospital, the hotel. I couldn't have picked a better team. they organized everything well and I was happy. i can dr Simply recommend Orman. You are all in good hands.

I 1000% recommend Trioclinic. I’ve been here twice and will be coming back in the future. They treated me so well and made me feel like family. The nurses went above and beyond to make sure I was okay & healing well. Dr Orman is absolutely amazing and I am so impressed with my results.

So happy with my experience and results from this surgeon and clinic. I went to Istanbul from the uk. I had a tummy tuck with muscle repair 360 liposuction and liposuction from the arms and legs with fat transfer to my hips. My stomach is so flat now with a snatched waist, perfect neat scar and belly button. Hips have given me a hour glass shape and nice toned arms and legs! I’m amazed at how good the surgeon is!! The staff are lovely and really looked after me I would highly recommend this clinic. Iv had previous surgery in the uk and this is by far the best and best value for money.

I went to Trioclinic for my liposuction and BBL in October 2021. The whole experience was very good and stress free. Got a driver picking me up and driving me to hospital and hotel. Coordinators were there to guide me around and the nurses were lovely! Dr Orman is a very patient man, with great manners. I always felt safe with him and he did deliver great results. I recommend Trioclinic to anyone looking for cosmetic surgery in Turkey.

What a journey it has been - be prepared to read yall.
I was always self conscious about my breast and didn’t want implant so after a lot of research I’ve heard about fat transfer. Being from Canada, of course when you think about medical tourism you’ll consider some options closer to home, I was then looking for a surgeon in Colombia which in the end didn’t work and thank god it didn’t! My sister told me to look up in Turkey and that a lot of people were going there for surgery which I knew but totally didn’t consider since it’s so far. Anyways, here I go finding Dr. Orman and Trioclinic. This was around November, I’ve got to chat with the amazing Tulin. After getting my quotation I think my mind was pretty set on the clinic but being an anxious and overthinking person, I guess I needed to be reinsured so I didn’t confirmed just yet - I started asking question (a whole lot of questions lmao) which were always answered - and this was important to me since the previous surgeon from Colombia actually didn’t liked that … like anywaaays. Tulin always got back to me with an answer and was also so reactive. I think we talked every week since when I first got the quotation to until now. It really made me feel like I had a connection to the clinic and I appreciate that so much.

So here we are, time to get the surgery. I took a flight from Canada to Istanbul. My quotation included (4 nights hotel stay + 1 hospital, transfert from/to airport/clinic/hospital, translator, compression garment, medication post-surgery) so they come and pick me up at the airport and I go to see Dr Orman for a consultation. He explains to me the procedure and how he will inject the fat into my breast - I’m also pretty happy because i was expecting around 200cc of transfert but he explains that he’ll probably be able to put around 250cc! Back to the hotel, surgery is the next day so I wake up at 6am and go to the hospital to meet with my translator, we sign the check in and everything and hop to the hospital room until surgery.

Everything went well, I woke up and started to feel some pain but got painkiller in around 2 minutes after telling them. Then everything was fine. For the rest of the day I had nurse coming to check up on me and helping me make sure I take a walk every 2-4 hours. The next day I go back to the hotel with my trioclinic bag that included some supplies. I had a nurse coming to check up on me at the hotel every day and my coordinator was super receptive (as always) when I wrote to her after surgery.

As for the surgery, I’m only 2 weeks PO now so I’m still waiting for the final results but I’d say I’m pretty happy if I stay like I am right now. I have no more pain, breast feels itchy sometimes but it’s part of the healing process, as for the lipo site it’s sensible sometimes when I take of my compression garment but pain is gone.

I really am happy overall and already considering a second round with them
