Good staff

the staff were really easy to communicate with and while there were some errors in our boarsing passes, they were resolved very swiftly with a quick call

Trip County exceeded all my expectations! From the seamless booking process to the fantastic customer service, everything was smooth. I had a memorable trip and can't wait to use their services again. Highly recommend!

Anu’s customer service

Anu was really helpful and very understanding, she was very kind and genuine with me. She was very quick with her work and did her best to find the available and suitable tickets for my family and I. Thank you Anu and Trustpilot.

Very good customer service

Very good customer service. Friendly staff and available anytime to contact. I booked 4 tickets to Colombo for my family including my mother's wheelchair facilities. They arranged everything on time. Appreciate Ms Meera who has patiently dealt with and fulfilled my requirements. I highly recommend "Trip County" for ticket booking.
