After booking, I was called and assured the trip. Also, when I had confusion, the airline company didn’t help on the call but tripify agents helped me.

Web checkin not possible online as many passengers on 1 pnr
If u speak to airlines directly, they ask the email id registered with booking which is tripify id. So difficult to web checkin over phone also.
If web checkin done, u don't get your boarding pass on your mail or phone
Flight delay information is not passed to us
So overall very disappointing and probably the first and last time for me

Worst ever travel portal .
Worst ever travel portal . Innocent passenger book ticket seeing low fare but this agency books group tickets at lowest cost they get . And the passenger has no right to cancel or ask for alternate flight in case of any schedule change made by airline . I am lady senior citizen who went thru the torture because airline preponed morning flight. When I requested airline I was told it’s a group booking made by tripyfy - and this agency very conveniently replied that I should have checked terms and conditions before paying .

Very bad experience
Beware of this fraud. I had a very bad experience—they kept my booking status pending and called demanding extra money immediately. I’ve seen them call everyone who books from this website and demand extra money to confirm the booking.
TFY291697 Booking ID and below is the email received . FYI They gave 9 numbered mobile number to contact them which doesn’t exist in India.

Great customer service.
My ticket showed 15kg allowance even though it was an international flight. And i couldn’t check in directly online since it was a special group booking fare. But when I called customer service they were kind and prompt and resolved all my issues. I was able to check in online and realized I had 30kg baggage allowance.
