I have never written a review in my life, but this is one well-needed. These people look like a legit business and service, but they are just scamming thieves. They lie to you and never take accountability for their actions. They don't send the items and provide fake tracking and then do not answer your customer service questions when you ask what's going on? Then look them up find trust pilot and see so many similar stories and all the puzzle pieces align. Never use them ever! Only issues and loss of funds will arise.

Bad Service, the worst customer service I ever seen, the developers of this tool are so greedy they made sure its system will charge you for anything and any step you take and if anything goes wrong you are the one that will pay the price, you have to take time to check every single order if it got delivered because you won't be notified if something goes wrong, refund take more than 72h to appears maybe it won't, untill you recheck with them again.
the live chat is not working there is no one to talk to, and nobody to complain to, if you try to chat with them you will be lucky if you received an email 3 days later.

I have more than 90 orders unfillfilled since 25 March, half of them has atleast two tracking numbers on every single order marked the products is delivered to the buyer meanwhile the buyer claiming he never got his package, which means all this buyers are liars or simply Triplemars provided us fake tracking numbers. I think we are scaming buyers on behalf of Triplemars, and pay them for that.

This crazy tools provide fake tracking numbers for some orders, support not helpful.. and now about 20 cases and 10 return. I do not recommanded using it. Fyi the 5 stars below is fake

I would stay away, they are providing fake tracking on some orders. This will get you suspended.

EDIT FOR JULY 2022 - They fixed most problems, So now everything is smooth, Refunds are given easily, fast ordering.
KEEP IN MIND - All of the 1 Star feedbacks about this service are People with usually 1 Review at all in Trustpilot + Happened around April - June 2022 When the service did have some problems but they got fixed in July. The Review I Wrote is the honest one for 24th July 2022. I Would recommend Using Triplemars.
