Trips4Africa is Scam

I am extremely disappointed with this Trips4Africa listing service. I honestly feel misled and taken advantage of. I paid for a listing service in July 2025, and although they confirmed receipt of payment, everything went silent afterward.

I submitted our company details through their link, but they never acknowledged the submission. I followed up several times—no response. When they finally replied much later, it was all talk with no action. To this day, nothing has been delivered, and my money is simply gone.

What concerns me most is that when I initially had payment challenges, both “John” and “Cindy” were very quick to respond with alternative payment options. But once the payment was made, everything changed. Since then, I’ve been ignored. It feels like I’ve been robbed, and it’s deeply upsetting.

This is a warning to others: my experience has been extremely negative, and based on how they treated me, I cannot trust their service.

Proceed with caution and i am giving them a 1 star as i cant select zero, they are scam..very unfortunate

Up until now we have not received any form submission from you and have contacted you regarding this matter. May i ask you to reply to this email and list the links you want added so i can get it done today. We did visit your website but unfortunately you only have destinations and not actual tours that we could find.
I would also encourage you to read the definition of scam as it seems so many people use that word these days without knowing the meaning.
We are a company with web and social media presence. We have delivered service as a directory to many clients over the years. Please refrain from slandering our name and branding us as a scam until you have all your facts and understand the meaning of the word scam

Paid, Blocked, ignored—Avoid This Platform

I onboarded with Trips4Africa, paid all fees, and followed every step they outlined. It’s been over a month—and I’ve received zero analytics, zero bookings, and zero communication. After repeated emails requesting performance data, they not only ignored me—they blocked my access entirely.

This isn’t just poor service. It’s deceptive.

As a safari operator based in Tanzania, I value transparency and partnership. What I got instead was silence, evasiveness, and a complete lack of accountability. If you’re a tour operator considering this platform, think twice. There are better, more ethical platforms out there.

I’m now pursuing a refund and reporting this conduct to relevant industry bodies.

It is with great regret that i found a negative review left by you on trust pilot this morning. Firstly let me say that as management we welcome any review being negative or positive as this helps us to improve on our service offering to clients. 

You indicate that you have received no response from us and that we have blocked you. I can assure you this is 100% incorrect. In fact going through our email correspondence we have not received any correspondence from you regarding this matter. I do however also ask that you check your spam folders for any correspondence from us that may have ended up in that folder.

In response to your complaint. May i first say that your tours are being displayed and your featured ad placement is indeed still being displayed and featured on our website. Your get sto rates button, enquire now button, book now button and link to your website is live and working well.

No where in our sign up process do we offer analytics as we are a directory website offering our users the opportunity to either click on a ink or make an enquiry and get in touch directly with our listed Tour Operators.

I am sorry if trips4Africa.com has not lived up to your expectations thus far but i assure you we do our very best to market our website to get our listed Tour Operators the best possible results.

I close by saying it is grossly unfair to brand my company as you did and suggest that we are unethical and furthermore to blatantly slander our reputation on a public platform before you have all the facts.

I will gladly refund you the amount paid and remove your company from our database permanently. Please get in touch with me info@trips4africa.com to arrange the refund.

A bit of a let down

A bit of a let down. Signed up for the second time, a lot of promises, and then when finding out where the profile video is that was included, as well as writing email to find out other things, that do not gel, you get ghosted. Promises also made, and not kept. So i would think really well,before going with, Trips4Africa.

Uploading our trip packages was very quick and well done. The support team were incredibly responsive and helpful with changes we needed to be made. We are excited to see what enquiries will come through.

Trips 4 Africa is a Complete Scam!

Beware: Trips 4 Africa is a Complete Scam!
We signed up for their yearly package, expecting real value, but we were thoroughly disappointed. From the start, their team was unresponsive and misleading.

John repeatedly reassured us that we were being featured on the homepage—this was a complete lie. He also claimed that their platform was sending traffic to our website, but after checking our analytics, we found no evidence of this.

When we asked for monthly reports from their dashboard, he fed us another lie—claiming that the dashboard was “ready” but they couldn’t track how much traffic they sent to us. How does a platform selling traffic not have basic tracking in place?

This company overpromises, underdelivers, and flat-out lies. Avoid Trips 4 Africa at all costs—they are a complete scam!

As a start up we will be the first to say that we have had teething problems but our web team work hard at getting issues resolved as soon as they can.

We are developing a brand new platform for our mobile App. launch and unfortunately like any new platform it requires Beta testing before we launch it to the public.

We apologize that our service level did not meet with your expatiation but strongly reject the accusations that trips4Africa.com is a scam or a con.

You paid to add five trips to our website which we did. We linked the tours to your website and linked the enquiry form to your email address.

Have you give any thought to the reason you may not have received any enquiries or referrals is perhaps your tours are not of interest to our users?

We have hundreds of tour operators that have had no complaints and in fact you are the first to go on a public platform to try tarnish our good name unfairly.

After correspondence with you i explained our delays and even offered you a full refund but you rather chose to vent your frustrations publicly.

It is with regret you did this but welcome your feedback.

I was so happy to receive an email from Trip4african regarding their service, and the positive aspects of their experience, detailed information and clear procedures on how to enroll or book on their platform are crucial for ensuring a smooth process for customers. Their communication skills whereby John the host is available to answer to all your questions before signing up and also very important their speed in loading your packages into trips4africa.com websi

The way in which trips4africa.com management contact Inbound Tours Operators advising them of the opportunity on offer to advertise their packages at a very low Rates with different payment options to meet each budget. It is not one size feet All which is amazing!!
