York trip
Just got back from a trip to York with trips and tours and it was amazing as always. The hospitality was great, and the entertainment on the coach kept everyone laughing. A special shoutout to Aliya, who was amazing and really looked after everyone on the trip. Highly recommend!

I attempted to book with them but was declined because of an incident from a few months ago that had nothing to do with me. Honestly, I’m disappointed, but there are far more professional companies out there to choose from.

We had a great trip with Trips and tours to Llandudno. Hamzah who was leading our trip was very friendly and made the coach trip seem shorter by keeping us entertained. Definitely recommend to others.

Torquay beach
Me and my family went to Torquay beach with trips and tours and I have to say it was very very enjoyable the beach was absolutely stunning, weather was decent, we arrived at a great time and left in perfect timing. The supervise hamza was very helpful and entertaining so thank you for that. We really enjoyed the trip will definitely recommend. 10/10 service.

Unproffesional and disappointing
Unfortunately i had a bad experience, as a new customer. Awful lack of proffesionalism, had to message a guide called saba few times to get info on a trip, i travelled from walsall paid £30 per seat for 8seats for an average bus with AC not working, old USB port, eveyones phone was dead, had issues with extreme loud music several times, both of my kids ears were hurting had to complain few times about loud music but nothing changed on the way there and back, doesnt help when your traveling with cranky crying kids on a 4hour journey and they want to sleep, will not be using this company again.
Appauling behaviour from passengers picked up from birmingham commenting i should not be traveling with infants if music is a problem, trip & tours should make it clear kids are not allowed on board as passengers will be behaving like maniacs.

We take all feedback seriously, and your comments regarding the coach will be passed on to the coach company. While all our coaches have air conditioning, occasionally machinery can play up, which is unfortunately beyond our control. We also request that all passengers are respectful towards each other, and our trip supervisor did speak to the group on the day to help manage this.

Absolute shambles
We were travelling from birmingham to torquay on 10th August. We left at 8:45am and got to the beach at 14:45, a 6 hour journey instead of 3.5-4hrs. Yes there was traffic but this could’ve been preempted amd journey could’ve been planned with an earlier leaving time. The main issue was that the driver had to have his compulsory break as he hit his 14 hour limit. This added to the journey time, if it was planned better or there was another driver who could take over this wouldn’t have happened. We had to come back on the coach for 17:30pm; so less than 3hrs to eat, swim then shower, only to come back on the coach for a 4hr journey back home. The 2 stars are for Humza who kept us entertained and his recitations were beautiful.

Traffic is unfortunately out of our control, and this is clearly stated in our terms and conditions. Additionally, driver hours, including compulsory breaks, are strictly regulated for safety, which can also affect journey times. We always strive to plan trips as efficiently as possible and will take your comments on timing into consideration for future trips.

we went to bournemouth yesterday, the beach was mind blowing would definitely recommend. the service was amazing,everything was punctual, the driver and tour guide adam was amazing, great customer service very professional,they made sure we was comfortable and met our needs, they listerned to any feedback we had, it was a comfortable experience. i would strongly recommend using this service regularly.thanks for the great service ❤️

No confidence to book
I sent an email weeks go stating I'd love to go on your tours and asked for your ABTOT membership number which makes me more secure to place a booking with you and I was ignored. This did not fill me with confidence to book, therefore I didn't and will not be placing a booking in the future.

I just returned from an incredible trip to Seville with Trips and Tours UK, and I can’t recommend them enough! From start to finish, their professionalism truly shone through. They expertly arranged a fantastic tuk-tuk tour that gave me a unique perspective of the city. One of the highlights was our visit to the stunning Alcázar Palace, which was absolutely breathtaking.
What I appreciated most was the ample free time they provided, allowing me to explore iconic landmarks like Las Setas, the Giralda Cathedral, and the Bell Tower at my own pace. I even enjoyed a relaxing cruise on the Guadalquivir River. Plus, my solo day trip to Córdoba was an unforgettable experience, especially visiting the famous La Mezquita Mosque-Cathedral.
The authentic Flamenco show in the heart of the Santa Cruz district was a highlight, an immersing experience in the vibrant culture of Spain. Our hotel, Cervantes Hotel, was perfectly located—everything was just a short 10-15 minute walk away through the beautiful, winding streets of Seville.
I can't thank Sabah and Aaliyah enough for crafting such a memorable three-night, two-day excursion filled with excitement and unforgettable moments. Their attention to detail and dedication to providing an exceptional experience is truly commendable!
