recently i travelled from tripzygo and i enjoyed it very much. i personally prefer everyone should try their services.

Me and my wife, we both are working and after a long time were planning our vacation between 8th to 15th December, 2023 and thus were exploring different options. During this process, I got in touch with Darshan on 18th November, 2023 who work with Tripzygo International Private Limited.
I enquired with him available packages during the aforesaid period and he informed me the option of Rajasthan package. When I asked him about railway booking he assured me that I will get “Confirmed” booking. From this point I started getting doubt on this Company. I checked on irctc portal and found that the dates on which he was giving me “Confirmed” tickets are actually running under Reservation Against Cancellation (“RAC”) or Waiting List. When I asked him to clarify the same, he said they use B2B (Business to Business) model wherein they have extra “Confirmed” tickets which they will provide to their clients immediately on booking. Even he said their screen to irctc portal is different. I told him that we don’t want to spoil our vacation and will travel only if tickets are confirmed. But he assured me that on booking immediately I will get the “Confirmed” tickets and asked me to pay 50% of package cost of two people. Since I was having doubt in mind, I told him that I will pay advance of Rs. 4,000/- and balance amount will be paid only if we get confirmed tickets. He confirmed the same and thus on 18th November, 2023 I paid him the said amount.
After this he booked our tickets and to our surprise when we got the tickets we saw that those are provided to us under RAC (Reservation Against Cancellation) category demanding from us rest of the amount. When I asked him why “Confirmed” tickets are not allotted to us, he said “confirmed” tickets are not available and thus same cannot be provided. So I asked him that before booking RAC tickets he would have at least called and told us for which he was not having answer. Rather now he said since “Confirmed” tickets are not available he booked tickets in RAC and now I should pay him balance amount of package. Since we were very clear from the beginning that we will travel only if tickets are confirmed we asked him to repay us amount paid to him. On which he tried to force us to travel on same tickets and pay the balance amount. When I asked him what if tickets don’t get confirmed, on which to my surprise he said in that case me and my wife should share the birth and travel for 18 hours in that situation. After lot of arguments he said he will refund the money but finally they sent me an email communicating that they will not refund the said amount.
So to conclude Tripzygo and its employees are cheaters and they do all type of scams to sell their packages. They are BIG LIERS, sweet spoken persons and will do everything possible to cheat you and grab your moeny. Sharing my experience so that you think n number of times before you give your hard earned money to these cheaters. Further, they claim that they are Tour Operators but basically they are only Travel Agent. They will take your money and will force you to travel at their mercy. An amount of Rs. 4,000/- may be small, but this entire incidence caused lot of mental disturbance to me and my wife. After our hectic work schedule we get some break when we look for peace of mind and some relaxation, but company like Tripzygo International and employee like Darshan are liers / deceivers who put you in trouble. Rightly said under Consumer Protection Act – Buyer beware !!!

This is my first international trip and it was Bali Group Tour. Booked with my friends. Flight, food &stay arrangements was perfectly done. Had an amazing quality time and got many new friends.
