Not trust
Not trust! The Garmin priduct they sell was fake or something was wrong with it. I made a return, but the Trisport did not want to make the payment. So, yes avoid Trisport! Choose another shop!

The product returned to us showed clear and significant signs of use, incompatible with a simple product inspection, as permitted under online return legislation. The watch had been actively used, worn, and returned in a condition that no longer allows it to be resold as a new product.
Despite your claims, there was no abusive refusal. The situation was reviewed in accordance with the applicable legal and commercial procedures, exactly as we do for every customer. The fact that a product is returned after intensive use does not automatically make it a “defect,” nor does it obligate the retailer to fully accept the return without evaluating the condition of the product.
Regarding the insinuations about the authenticity of Garmin products, these claims are completely false and extremely serious. Trisport is an authorized retailer and sells exclusively original products sourced through official distribution channels.
We understand that posting public accusations may seem easier than accepting responsibility for the condition in which the product was returned, but we consider it unfair to mislead other customers through false and incomplete statements.
