Saito,
Thank you for reaching out regarding your feedback.
Unfortunately, the name used on this review does not match the name on your account or the name associated with the payment method used.
Your order was flagged for potential fraud for several reasons:
1) The account name you registered under differed from the name on the payment method.
2) The billing address provided during checkout did not match the address of the payment method.
3) The country associated with your account and checkout did not match the country of the issuing bank.
4) The country based on the IP geodata did not match either the country in the address you provided or the country of origin for the bank used.
5) Your email domain was Russian, which also did not match any of the varying information you provided while attempting to order.
As a result, and in accordance with our Terms of Service, we requested verifiable information in the form of ID verification. You declined to provide this information and instead accused us of being a scam within the support ticket. We addressed the concerns you raised and subsequently issued a full refund and canceled your order. A refund invoice was emailed to you and is also available in your account dashboard. We then disabled your account due to fraudulent activity and flagged the payment method as stolen with our repayment processor to prevent future ordering.
Additionally, your claim that we previously “scammed you out of $60” is unfounded. You stated in the ticket that we sold you a dedicated server; however, we have never offered dedicated servers. Despite this claim, we reviewed your billing history and confirmed there were no prior purchases on your account.
We wish you the best moving forward. However, we are not willing to do business with individuals who provide unverifiable information, decline to address raised concerns over such, and make inaccurate claims about services we do not provide.
