I have a site rhytmn, I will leave it for a while before I try to clean it up. Yesterday my mind's eye was visualising myself as my head was turning into a donkey. I had paid all the fees because I was convinced it was the right thing to do. After a week or either a phone call or a text, I hid my number and the call was answered. I wanted my site completed and I was told I had await until 6P.M. so I could get cookies notices and other formalities done but no call came. I was upset about the disjointed area of the site and had to listen to the sanctimonious twaddle about being professional. It is claimed that extra work was done (haha!) but following the navigation of the site especially at the bottom of the page you will see pages or links going nowhere because no attention was taken. My site delay was due to APIs (interface programs) not being carried out (I found out halfway through the project). I am not a programmer, but I am not an idiot. Commonsense would suggest using an expert when it is for commercial purposes. When being told that I could have my site taken away, this experience should be taken as a warning. Another is never to let a developer have your full password, arrange for a visitor's sub-password and make sure your web hoster knows that you have given someone else permission to work on your site. BUT MOST OF ALL, NEVER PAY ALL YOUR FEE'S IN ADVANCE.

P.S. I understand the term "support" but you don't ask for support when you are getting a new roof, you expect the work to be carried out to a standard, but one week on and looking through my site, I can see things like search SEO phase(s), tags, metadata, uncomplete site navigation links plus items I did not ask for present on the site. I only mention them because Google deems them important for issues like site user experience etc. My site is there for all to see, you can be the judge. I am learning more Word Press and don't anticipate the issues to be amended quickly.
