Lauren told me how to check the colour of my previous blusher so I could order the right colour for me. She was very helpful with the other item I bought. I will go to her again when ordering.

We have just started to use this product but it appears to be good

The Tropic products make my skin look amazing. I especially love the Rainforest Dew Serum and Re-Leaf Moisturiser. I didn’t bother with the Super Greens Serum initially, as I wasn’t a fan of the scent. I can tell you, it’s done wonders for my neck.

My Ambassador (Jane) provided guidance about the extra product options. I wouldn’t have bought this full selection of products without factoring them into the cost. My reactive skin didn’t suit Face Smooth, and although my Ambassador had suggestions I wouldn’t have thought of, like mixing it with cleanser, I opted to exchange it. I also initially asked for two of the same Serums, but when I saw the expiry dates, I realised that my idea to use one and then move on to the 2nd wasn’t sensible. They let me swap it without quibble. Both products were “free”, yet still included in the exchange policy. My Ambassador arranged it all, including sorting out the return postage for me.

The attitude and behaviour of my Ambassador and Tropic were terrific. Genuinely helpful. It was unlucky that a container on one of my products had a factory flaw, which upset me. I think you can tell a lot about a company by how they behave when things don’t go to plan. They could not have been more generous.

Very prompt delivery

Tropic Body Love is unbelievably good! The smell is incredible, non greasy loveliness.

I haven't received my order or any updates about it. I am still waiting for a reply to an email I have sent to them regarding this.

However, my previous experiences with Tropic have been faultless which is why I am giving 3 stars instead of 1. I am hoping my product will arrive soon or I will hear from them explaining and resolving this issue.
