If I could give this company no stars I would. I ordered a ski jumpsuit in November 25 and have still received nothing. I have chase the customer support team who claimed the item was lost in transit. This was in February and after numerous emails. They promised to resend but still nothing. As the ski season is over I have now requested a refund and…..guess what..,, not even an acknowledgment of my email. The company is clearly a scam company so avoid otherwise you too could be £75 out of pocket!!

I ordered a watch for my daughter from this company in November. I have never received it, even though they stared it had been dispatched several times. They then said they had an authorised a refund when it still never appeared but I have yet to receive this, they are completely ignoring my emails regarding this. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I ordered some ski pants from them in November which never arrived. They kept telling me that they were on the way and when I asked for a refund they told me that they had issued it but I never received it. Now not responding at all...

The ski trousers are of great quality for the price. They kept me dry, and the fit is accurate. The site was also very simple to navigate.

I am really happy with the puffer jacket I ordered. It is warm being too heavy, and the stiching looks solid. Shipping was reasonably fast, too.

I ordered a coat which took over a month to arrive. The coat has no tags so I can’t even return it and get my money back. The coat was advertised as 100% real suede but what I received was 95% polyester and looks nothing like the picture. I’m so upset that I spend money on this.

Ordered a coat, like many with 1 star reviews. Only to met with automated responses and never received the product. Reported to my bank as a scam operator. It is worth noting, this is a drop shipping website. So whilst others have had great service, they have an issue with a partner they are using.

The vintage boots look exactly as they do in the photos. They were a bit stiff at first, but after wearing them twice, they feel much more comfortable.

I got a sportwear set for playing padel. The fabric stretches well and breathes. It washes easily without shrinking. I am happy with how it performs during games.

This is a scam company I ordered a coat six weeks ago and I have not received it, There phone number does not exist, you cannot contact them.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. My item didn't arrive and I contacted tropic soul several times asking for an update on my order, however all they did was send me a blank tracking code with no information on it. After 3 weeks passed I requested a refund and they continued to tell me my item was in the way. Despite constantly asking for a refund I am still yet to recieve it. It has now been almost 6 weeks, I have no item and no refund. If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not buy from here.

The blazer fits surprisingly well. I usually have trouble with sleeve length, but this was perfect. The fabric isn't itchy, and it looks smart for work or dinner.

Got the vintage calf boots, and they are surprisingly comfortable. I walked around in them all day, and my feet felt fine. The brown color matches almost everything in my closet. I just wish they came in a fancier box, but the boots themselves are great.
