I've used MB in the past but never had a bad reaction until I used my first 1/4 TRO JUST BLUE. My tongue and palate instantly swelled and is still the same day 2. I feel like I've been poisoned!
DO NOT BUY!

Their products are excellent but what they have done to their loyal customers is very upsetting. Absolutely without warning they made their products available through “providers” only! That means expense of extra hundreds of dollars you have to pay some provider. Some of their providers are not medical professionals, so I do not see what the point is. This on top of already expensive products. While other companies are making their products tax deductible through HSA, they are going in the opposite direction. And these are doctors who supposedly care? The company should have given customers enough time to get some supplies, before they have done this! I cannot even get into my account!
Additional comments: Their customer service responded and I was able to get into my account. The discount I had is gone but I should be able to get some supplies.

ZERO *WARNING* on box that your ENTIRE MOUTH, TEETH and GUMS turn dark blue and ZERO explanation on how long that will last.

They intentionally avoid putting their phone number ANYWHERE and make it impossible to take your call and avoid assisting you with questions. DO NOT BUY OR USE THIS PRODUCT!!!

I’ll try to be short and sweet. Quality of product seems to be good.

Customer service however seems as bad as the 1 star reviews say it is on here. I can’t get anyone to respond to any of my now 5 emails.

Moral of the story- If you are going to sell quality products, it’s just as important to give good customer service. Without that, the quality of your products does not matter because you will end up with a low returning customer percentage…

I am not sure based on past reviews what changed, perhaps they listened. My experience was a bit different. I had an issue with my shipment because of the heat during transit—FedEx isn't very reliable where I live, and the package was likely sitting on a hot truck all day.
Troscriptions made it right immediately. One direct email was all it took, and they had a replacement shipment on the way in less than 24 hours.
I like the product, but what really stood out was the customer service. They took ownership of the issue, responded quickly, and resolved it without any hassle. I honestly couldn't have asked for anything more.

I requested a refund and in 2 days it was refunded to my cc. The communication through email was professional and quick. I wanted to use the product but found that one of the ingredients was something I can't tolerate, this is possibly my fault for not reading closer, yet they still refunded.

When I emailed Troscriptions to request instructions for returning their product and request a refund, I was told they charge a 20% restocking fee in addition to me being responsible for the mailing fee.

Have not received the methane blue bogus.USPS tracking have not given me my money back.Had a email that they were going to give me $6. If a I is taking care of their business , it's bad bad business. Shame on them.

i have not used this product however what is interesting is many of those giving bad reviews have reviewed other companies, however, virtually every positive reviewer has only ever made 1 review on this site with the exception of one person. As well as this one of the posotive reviewers seems to be one of the Founders of the Company by the looks of his image which seems a conflict of ineterst if this is the case.

Troscriptions has a customer service wall by design. After writing my review, I found multiple others describing the exact same experience. That's not a coincidence. I also found a lot of fake positive reviews, which is interesting.
I lost $157 on my first order. During checkout, my billing address auto-filled/replaced my shipping address, sending the order somewhere it couldn't be delivered. I caught it within minutes. At that point, any reasonable e-commerce company gives you a short cancellation window. Troscriptions doesn't. No phone number (confirmed, it doesn't exist), chat was offline, no self-service cancellation option on the site.
I emailed immediately and got an automated response implying someone would follow up. The next day I tried every available channel, multiple times. Chat still offline. Emails ignored. Cancellation requests just redirected me to their policy page. I didn't get a human response until my third or fourth attempt, that afternoon, at which point it had already shipped and they told me nothing could be done.
The product might be fine. I genuinely don't know, because I never received it. Once they have your money, your options disappear.
First order. $157. Zero recourse. Shop accordingly.

Consumers getting screwed with no way to contact this company to stop charging. Unauthorized charges, no return emails. No way to call. Have to contact bank in order to get this stopped at all. This needs to go beyond BBB, it needs legal action based on all the people n same situation.

I have tried to cancel this subscription multiple times. Upon requesting a new password be sent to my email (multiple times) nothing has materialized. I have no way to sign into my account.
From there, I reached out to customer service to have them cancel my subscription-- no one has responded.
Add to that that I somehow ended up with two subscriptions for the same product only one of which was authorized by me-- I'm very unhappy with the gongshow this has turned into. Feels like Trosriptions is deliberately creating systems wherein its easy to over order and even harder to cancel. While it may have been a glitch that landed me with double the product being sent to my house-- all for the bargin shipping price of $6.95-- I dont appreciate the lack of attention to the matter and the time and money I've spent trying to rectify it.

I made one order to try their product. They tried to put me on a monthly subscrition plan without authorization. The secon ddelivery was returned but they would not refund charges. They now claim they refunded my cc on 1/15/26. But there is no refund showing in my cc account as of 2/11/26. Not truthful.

This company makes precision dosed, pharmaceutical grade and extremely novel products that I’ve benefited from tremendously over the years. They physician is running a company, which I really appreciate as well.

Their products are amazing! It works for me every time. I use Blue cannatine for work, Tro Zzz for sleeping, and just blue whenever i feel like getting sick

I love their products especially Just Blue and Tro Mune. Helped me go from being the “sick kid” to being the active dude. Not a fan of the blue tongue though but I just swallow and I still get all the benefits.
