I can be quite fussy when it comes to jewellery – I tend to take forever to make a decision – but the team were incredibly patient, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

What stood out to me most was how comfortable they made me feel. As a woman, walking into a jeweller on your own can sometimes feel a little daunting, but from the moment I arrived I was made to feel completely at ease.
