100% recommend this company
100% recommend this company. A bit weary at first but checked reviews and took a gamble. Purchased a 60” panoramic electric fire and I’m so happy with it! Looks realistic and is top quality. Speedy delivery once in stock. Communication via email/text only is a bit strange and took a while to reply but overall, I’m very happy.

Trust is hugely important when buying online and that`s what other reviewers will see, most will see past the odd bad review from difficult customers and focus on the likes of this! We do offer phone support but text/email is much quicker and simpler so we generally opt for this - and as you were happy I guess it shows that even though this customer was weary, we ticked the boxes! Chris - MD
An absolutely amazing fire

TruFlame is our Trademarked flame effect since 2010 it has been leading the market as the most realistic flames out there! Thanks! Chris - MD
My worst online buying experience ever
Beware this is not a normal company, if your product arrives ok and you are happy with it you might be ok, however if it arrives faulty or somethings not right you are in big trouble. If you do have an issue, you cannot phone them only send texts or emails. They don’t know what customer service means and will fob you off then totally ignore you, if you have paid with a credit card or PayPal you might get a refund by raising a claim, an absolute nightmare

There`s always one who leaves a review like this just because the phone was answered immediately - we reply to texts and emails much quicker thats what a lot of customer want in 2024. Chris _ MD

Granted we do need to sharpen the English and grammar in the instructions and we will take this on board although you can easily follow then they could be written better. The fire being beautiful is key here, TruFlame for the win! Thanks - Chris - MD

Ordered the fire in advance and received it not long after the expected delivery date which was fine. The fire is as described, works a treat and looks great 👍
