While I was paid member, I searched for new jobs, but the platform did not suggest me any new job. They repeated the old jobs to my account (visible). While I contacted the admin and told them the fact, they suggested me to subscribe 1year plan, although I was paid member. and they told very clearly that they only help those people who paid more and subscribed at-least 1year plan. So, I found that the ethics of TRUELANCER's administrator was not business/ work friendly. Then I liked to quit TRUELANCER. Here in this platform (Trustpilot) is not allowing me to place this review which had "date of experience" 19/10/2021. So I am changing the date for only information giving purpose. I have the proofs, if anybody want to view I can share. Thanks

I found too much difficulty in money withdrawal 😔. I don't recommend others to use truelancer. Sorry if you feel bad but it is true.

There should more work and more acceptance for a person who is not pro

Great platform for developers to earn money

Truelancer is the best freelance workplace for us freelancer I would highly suggest it to my friends and family.

Very bad support, i have mailed multiple times and contacted admin on WhatsApp.No once cares, My earning was lost and truelancer didnt even try to get to know the problem

Very good portal for new Freelancers to gain experience and clients trust. One thing that I don't like about Truelancer is their slow customer support. Apart from this everything is top class.

This is really good and genuine site of freelancing. I get good projects from there.

it is very good website for earning for student and house wife so try this platform and earn full money on time and one more thing they paid on time.

They just blocked the account without any notice of information. They are cheaters.

I hired a person on Truelancer, paid the advance, tried to reply to the hired freelancer and explain the next steps to start the project, and then the system blocked me when I hit sent. So Truelancer took the money, but refuse service.

They closed my account today with money still in it, I withdrew cash on 28 Nov, and still, up to now, I haven't received the money. Be aware they will refuse your money!

I had the worst experience of my life with Truelancer - The Indian Freelancer version similar to Fiverr/Upwork. They completely ruined my project and wasted my time. I would never recommend them to anyone.
Below are the reasons:

I gave a live project to one of the freelancers, which was recommended by Truelancer. The job was just customization. Ravi accepted the budget and agreed to work on the said project and I deposited the full amount to Truelancer. It was a small project of 4 days max, in between the project the freelancer, Ravi Bhushan, requested to double the amount which I did not agree. This is ethically wrong as both parties agreed to a certain budget before proceeding and in between neither the seller or the client can increase or decrease respectively the quoted amount.

So as per Truelancer's advise , I cancelled the project. I did change most of the passwords on the website, but I was not aware of the Dev FTP created by Mr. Ravi Bhushan, the freelancer. He used that access and deleted the whole website.

When I tried to open the website, everything was blank. My host confirmed and sent me the FTP assess logs which includes the IP and every other detail that confirms that it was purposefully deleted by Mr. Ravi Bhushan, Freelancer in Truelancer.

There is no worthwhile response from Truelancer until now even after providing the FTP assess logs and all details, and I do not think they will take any action. I am exploring legal options now.

So, already running and live site went down by just awarding a small customization project to Truelancer.

I have requested refund and awaiting it.

I CAN ONLY SAY STAY AWAY FROM TRUELANCER (They are promoting fraudulent services through the freelancers and earning commission out of it).

Very poor customer support with their freelancer not honoring their contract agreement and the platform not actioning on it despite payment to the platform for mediating . These guys provide cheap service which comes with cheap quality . Stay away and stick to more reputable platforms like fiverr . At least you know you get what you paid for .

It is a wonderful platform and very friendly. The only trouble is that they make the payments very late as compared to what they have mentioned. They have mention swift payments in all monthly packages and all annual packages. However, I have a monthly basic package I am in trouble. Coz payments are not transferred to wallet even after 48 hours and after a payout will take atleast 4-5 days. I had to wait more than that once.

Truelancer is the best platform I have worked.
