I live in NW Montana and just placed my first online order. I am hopeful the microgreen seeds I ordered, that qualified for the free shipping will germinate well. I wanted to write review because I experienced problems on the website which works great with EDGE browser but mine is out of date and I am elderly. I called customer service and speaking with their agent Cristina was a pleasure as she was patient, knowledgeable and very willing to help me in getting my online order completed. She is exactly the kind of customer service professional that any company should hope to have representing them to the public! If the product is good I will be reordering microgreens.

Received seeds that smelled rotten produced a slime foul odor and consistency after tree days. Contacted the company chat unsuccessfully. Agent said i had no order history. Consumer service reached out via email providing no solution as if i had done something wrong with seeds. Second contact from costumer service was very condescend with me and brushed off any of my complaints. I do not recommend this company whatsoever- i have bought several seeds from this brand at amazon and lately directly from them. The bottom line is compared to other organic seeds brands, True Leaf Market does not offer a truth about their products and certainly do not value and or respect their costumers.

I bought something from them a year ago. I did not consent to emails. I am still getting emails. Their emails do not have an unsubscribe link.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I was sent a coupon 15 percent off. However when I attempted to get free shipping - I was ordering around 90 dollars - I was still charged for shipping. I contacted their service dept. and I was told I was not telling the truth. I will NEVER order ANYTHING again from true leave market. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!

I am a microgreen grower. I have giant amounts of seeds not germinating. I called Trueleaf and this is what they said. " We have a lot of people having problems with are seeds send us an email " I asked this all the help I get ? In a rude tone I was told " we dont have a grower here anymore " For a seed company not to have someone that knows whats going on is ridiculous !!!!

I have been ordering from this company for the last 5 years now. If you want Heirloom seeds, you must be careful when selecting your seeds as they sell hybrids as well. However, they make it easy with the Heirloom button you can select on the left hand side. They ship SUPER fast. I have only ever had one issue with something they sent me where the packet was open and the seeds were spilled in the box, but they made it right and sent me a new seed packet.
They have a HUGE selection of seeds. They are my go to for the majority of my seed purchases. I have never had any issues with seed germination. Just remember to cold stratify your seeds, if the seeds require it (for example, some types of flower seeds, etc.)
I would HIGHLY recommend this seed company.
