They took my money and will not respond to my emails. I have been waiting over 2 weeks for my jacket and now I contacted my bank to get my money back.

Purchased a "casual leather jacket" for…
Purchased a "casual leather jacket" for $90. Arrived but wasn't leather. Reeked of plastic. Sizing was all wrong ...couldn't even try it on.
Tried to return, sent numerous emails no response, phone number does not work. After I went through PayPal to claim the finally responded. For refund I had to ship in back to their warehouse first....which is in CHINA!!! Cheapest postage with tracking was $90!!!
I am left with the feeling this store is just a front for dumping China knockoffs into the Canadian market.

I only gave them a 1 star because 0 stars wasn't an option. DO NOT PURCHASE/BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. I receive the item and it was not what i ordered. I have tried to contact this company over ten times and NOTHING! SCAM ARTIST!

Blatant false advertising or fraud
I ordered the Massimo Merino Zip Cardigans. They were advertised as made "from luxurious Shetland wool" and "merino" wool. It was neither. The material tag on the actual garment says 100% cotton. Clearly false advertising or outright fraud. Avoid this retailer.

The sweater is not made of any sort of wool or acrylic type material. The sizing is off and it fits much smaller than the size chart.
