I received the products but the…

I received the products but the materials are so cheap ! 250€ for some thin and badly cut « leather ».
They wanted me to pay to send the jackets back, I did, and they didn’t refund the full price.

Regarding the refund: We have processed the full purchase price of the items. Please note that for international shipments, the initial shipping costs (10€) are non-refundable, as stated in our terms and conditions. I bought the product.I tried to…

I purchased the product and subsequently attempted to return it. However, the return was not accepted.

The quality of the product is unsatisfactory. Despite a cost of 100 euros, the item was only usable for approximately five occasions. The color has significantly degraded, and the stitching has failed.

We have carefully inspected the returned item. According to our return policy, items must be returned in their original condition.
As the shirt showed clear signs of wear and visible stains that were not related to a production defect, we were unable to accept the return and sent the item back to you. We maintain high quality standards, but we cannot provide refunds for products that have been damaged through use. Thank you for your understanding."

Like I sed my jacket never arrived

Like I sed my jacket never arrived. Costumer service is not helping at all . I try to contact them on Instagram they block me . Luckily I pay with Klarna. Stay a way from them .☝️☝️ If something happened to they will never help y. Save y money ,,buy something else.
